We visited this beach twice, both times late afternoon or evening.Once we had the chance to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the bay and the next time we had quite a stormy experience. It's a really nice beach,in mid may it wasn't crowded.

What a clean, peaceful and nice area to relax. We were here in off-season and the water was chilly but quite lovely.

We could see this beach from our hotel. However, as with many beaches around Paleokastritsa, it is small and soon fills up with tourists who arrive by the coachloads every day. Get there quick to find shade. If you want some adventure you can hire...More

In Paleokastria there are 4 main beaches joined by a short walk between each, this beach is the furthest away approached by a small path and some steps. Crystal clear water, great for swimming and snorkelling, plenty of rocks, walk to the right and it's...More

This beach is smaller and less busy than the main beach at Paleokastritsa but it is very near to the free car parking. There is a small jetty with boat hire, when we were there in may it was very peaceful

Very near to Paleo Beach you can find the rather small beach of Ampelaki. It used to be completely deserted until someone has put an arrow which lead you to the beach starting right across Paleo beach. It's still less busy then Paleo, but people...More

Just a stone's throw across the coach/car park from Paleokastritsa's main beach is Ampelaki. It's not as populated for two reasons - (a) the beach faces west and only really benefits sunbathers in the afternoons and (b) it's a bit scruffy with loads of rocks...More

The best beach on Corfu. Its a place where you can enjoy the silence and sun. There is a small boat rental - fully recommended.

This beach is only around a 100 metres walk from the much busier main beach. It is quite small though, but has sun loungers and umbrella's to hire. Can be accessed from the main car park or the road alongside the Appollon hotel
