So glad we picked Spiros Boat Hire - father & son team who really look after their customers and take time to show you everything. Not all boat hire companies are the same and a few will 'overcharge' you for the fuel you used but not Spiros. They supply a Cool Box so take a picnic and enjoy one of the highlights of the holiday. Tip: don't go too fast, you will only drink fuel. We paid about 105 euros for boat hire plus fuel and we were out from 9am to 5:30 (Couple) .…

Spiros boat hire is the only way to discover the coast up from Barbati. Spiros and George are fantastic; helpful, accommodating and friendly. From the point of booking through to contacting them to confirm the day could go ahead / where we could travel to, they were great. On the day, they’re welcoming and make you feel comfortable in how to use the boat and where to go. Maps and cool box provided by them. 85 euros for a normal boat or 100 euros for a slightly better one was a great deal, especially as that was from 0900-1700. It cost around 25-30 euros for our fuel but that was racing around as much as possible between anchoring in bays, another couple only spent 12 euros! I couldn’t fault the experience. George was excellent in explaining the use of the boat, Spiros was a gent and the route up the coast beautiful with plenty of spots to stop to swim, then a great lunch at Nicholas’ Tavern. I wouldn’t visit Barbati without taking a trip on a boat from these guys. …

This was the absolute highlight of our holiday! We had some choppy water on the day we were due to hire our boat, George messaged us first thing in the morning to check whether we still wanted to go ahead on this day, very good of him to check with us. As it turned out we loved the slightly choppy sea. George took the time to go through how the boat works, maps on where to go etc. It meant we felt totally comfortable by the time we set off. We took our boat up towards Kassiopi, stopped and swam to the Durrell's White House in Kalami, and stopped for lunch at Nikolas Taverna Agni which was lovely. We used our boat from 9:30-3:30ish (our choice to go back early as it started raining), and the fuel cost us 14 Euros - how could you complain about that?! Excellent service from start to finish, would really really recommend! If we find ourselves in Corfu again this will be a definite.…

What a fantastic day thanks to all at Spiros boat hire. There are many boat hire companies in the area but I would highly recommend a booking with Spiros. Family business established by Spiros himself in 1981 and now supported by his son George and son in law. All lovely, polite, professional people with a few laughs along the way! We booked through our hotel at Nissaki beach and were promptly picked up from reception by Spiros and taken directly to the beach / boat hire. My husband is an experienced coxswain, however for both of us George’s clear explanation was really helpful. Maps are provided and Spiros pointed out the best stops for tavernas etc. We had an amazing day, stopping in coves for lots of swimming, a cool box is provided which was great as we took along a picnic. Prices are very fair and reasonable for the whole day. Thank you to Spiros boat hire for our wonderful experience, we are still smiling today!…
