What a beautiful, tiny beach! Incredible this jewel is hiding behind those bars and shops! Porto Rafael "per se" is already so handsome and beautiful, the beach was amazing, I felt so fine and didn't want to leave!
Good job for maintaining it so clean and welcoming!

A small beach with half a dozen steps down from the Piazzetta. The sea was warm, calm and clear - perfect for swimming

The beach is small, but it is the village that is unique with rounded white houses in Spanish style, like its founder Count Rafael Neville, many of these houses are hidden among the Gallura rocks, some have beautiful juniper wood entrances. The small square as small as the church. The view of the blue sea and the Maddalena islands. It's not a place for "every budget", but a visit is worth it. Again there is (compared to two years ago) a dirt path between the rocks with beautiful views, accessible to everyone; It starts under the fortress where there is the information office with parking.
