Friendly staff. For a first time jump, they put me at ease. Thank you Angelo for a memorable jump. The instructions were clear and the staff very professional. The professionalism extended to just the right amount of humor and friendly banter to ensure that the clients were put at ease before the jump. Would do it again... and again. Pro tip, do not eat before the jump especially if you have motion sickness.

I went to skydive Diani two years ago and had fun with the hotel accommodation at Pride Inn and the service in Skydive Diani. Recently however, I heard there is an accident in the place and there are reports of the company works in illicit license and all sort of things. I am not aware of the current situation, but I recommend before going and/or booking to check the recent development for their service.
Apart from that however, I love the place, it is amazing and the crew were professional, on time and delivering their service at their best. I jump my first skydiving experience there and I can not stop talking about the people and everything there.

I have wanted to do this for a very long time. SO October 2015 was my turn. The ambience at the office is pretty chilled. I expected some adrenalin junkies in there but they are a professional calm friendly quiet bunch. Pretty cool bunch and there’s a girl too!!! Yay! Ingvild is a dream…!!! I was the only jumper at that time. Check in is quite quick with a video of past jumps as you sign an indemnity form (of course-if something happens it’s your own fault) but no seriously, they have top notch equipment based on my research and experienced. You get geared up, Mark my instructor told me I was his 5016 jump!!! How awesome is that!!! Anyway so you get quick instructions on positions to hold when exiting and when landing (banana pose, always think you are a banana) into the van to Ukunda Airport and bang the journey starts. 10,000ft-It was so cold up there though… Final instructions with a GoPro on my face and sit on him and bam leggo…!!! I forgot about my leg position as I concentrated on my shoes not falling off (yeah, that’s the problem to focus on :-/) but my spine Mark was there to put them (my legs) into place and let me enjoy the ride. I have to say this is the best thrilling experience of my life-I literally think about it every day. It is a kaleidoscope of emotions up there-it is freeing, it is mind-blowing, it is scary, it is intoxicating but it certainly gives you life. I saw the most glorious sights while up there, the colours *sigh. I got to play around with the parachute as well-I was in control. Landing was so swift too and on the beach. I promised myself that I have to jump by myself next time – next greatest thing. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks guys-Mark :-*, Gary, Ingvild, Cute pilot and the amazing staff. I had planned to do a tandem jump with them on my friend's birthday but I was sadly unavailable on the day. She however decided to dive with them. She paid the full amount. They postponed without informing her on time. This was a great inconvenience since she was travelling from a far to Diani. They then rescheduled severally after which resulted in her spending more days in Diani than planned. Eventually, she asked for a refund , which was about $300. She has not been refunded many months later. Her calls go unanswered. The owners are always in meetings. Highly unprofessional and extremely dishonest.

Last February, I made a reservation here. However, I asked for a refund because I could not jump on the date I booked due to sudden maintenance problems. since then, I tried to use various means to get a refund and they send me the right amount of money to my Paypal account. I spend about three to four months to get the refund. But, about two weeks ago, I found the transaction has been nullified and became a state of dispute. I immediately send email to ask them to fix the problem and they said they are dealing with situation and told me that It will be solved within two weeks. Unfortunately, however, the problem remains unresolved. And they began to ignore my email. I'm very disappointed because it is not the first time they have put off solving the problem. these people's customer response is one of the worst one I have experienced. I hope they show their efforts to correct their mistakes as soon as possible.

I booked a tandem jump with the company and paid in advance as was required. After taking me through circles for a whole month due to an unfortunate incident, I opted out of the wait on the booking. On enquiring about being refunded they did not refund and they never explained to me why. Up to the time of this post I am yet to see my money more than 2 months later. They refuse to pick my calls or respond to my emails.

A friend and I booked a skydive for Monday 22nd of October. We turned up on time and paid in full, leaving all our contact details on the booking form. Unfortunately, due to cloudy weather on the way to the take off point, we were unable to skydive on Monday and were told to come back on Tuesday morning instead.
Tuesday morning was cloudy, but having not heard anything from Skydive Diani we made our way there at the agreed time.
On arrival we were told that they had been unable to contact us - which is a lie since we left two phone numbers and email addresses on our booking forms. They had basically just not bothered. Again we were told to go and come back the following day, but this time we were also told that if the weather improved later that day then we would be contacted to come back. As it happened, the weather did improve but nobody contacted us and when we tried to contact we found that it was closed.
The weather did not improve for the rest of our stay so we were unfortunately unable to do the dive.
A week later we are still waiting for confirmation of a refund (two people and the video for both - $1050) and emails are being ignored. Since we are now not even in the country, it could be likely that we will never receive the money back. Don’t book with these guys unless you are absolutely certain that it won’t be cloudy or you have money to throw away.
Completely disappointed in the whole experience!

Hi Marie. We are sorry you felt the need to leave a poor review of your experience with us, but feel it is a little unfair. Unfortunately, your stay in Diani coincided with a terrible 4-day storm and we were unable to skydive anyone during that period. The two girls at reception were trying to liaise with you, but the UK phone number you left didn’t always go through. I can confirm, personally, that they did try their best to manage the difficulties presented to us by the weather.
Your pre-payment has, in fact, been refunded in full. As you noted, it’s an international transfer and will take a day or two to reflect, but I processed that refund myself.
We do hope you come back to Diani in the future at which point we will show you what we can really do!!

Although the winds were strong I must say the team of professionals really take safety precautions and know exactly when to take you up for your dive. The view of the ocean from up above is something you don’t want to miss. I must say they are very prompt at replying emails and providing information. ALL IN ALL AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. The tandem skydives for first timers, the price is 350 USD per person. This involves a short brief followed by a 20 minute plane ride over the coastline. At 12,000 feet, you will jump out while attached to the front of an instructor and experience free fall for about 55 seconds. Your instructor will then open the parachute, and you will have a 5 minute canopy flight back to the beach for a soft landing. If you want a professionally edited video capturing your whole experience, it’s an additional $75.
