Just getting to the park was an adventure in itself with the Tuk Tuk (African massage). We were given a warm welcome at the entrance. Payment is only possible by credit card, Visa is preferred. You should also have your passport number with you, everything will be noted down correctly. After registering, we were given a personal guide who told us everything about the park and showed us around.
During the tour we were able to feed the animals and dance with the Maasai. This park is home to a variety of animals. The staff are passionate about animal protection and education.
The park is a great place to spend a few hours. There is something for everyone in this park. It is a great place to learn more about the animal kingdom and the importance of conservation.
We would definitely come back.

It was a nice trip, the guide explained everything, feeding animals, Maasai dancing and a shop were also part of the program, even the trip there in the tuk tuk was an experience.
However, we were supposed to pay with Visa or dollars and give our passport number, but we had neither with us.
When given the choice between shillings or euros, they preferred euros.
And the cell phone number was enough as a passport number.
We would definitely come again.

My wife and I, along with our 2yr old son, stayed in the tented rooms on site for one night. We arrived early afternoon so we could enjoy the nature and feed animals. This part was awesome! We fed the giraffe and ostriches, took a little nature walk to see the monkeys and water buffalo, a very large and intimidating animal but we were safe. I was even allowed to HOLD a baby crocodile (alligator? I don't remember which it is but it was still pretty cool). Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. He kept it interesting and allowed us to rest or take pictures. We made it back in time for dinner and this is where the trouble started.

The tent floor was wooden but noticeably crumbling in several places. After our walk through the nature trail, we went to the main building for dinner and sat down. I wish it was a smooth evening but here is where it went downhill. As the waiter arrived with the juices, he didn't balance them properly on the try and as he served my wife and I, the tray tipped over and spilled the last juice all over my son's legs. He didn't apologize, nor did he answer my wife when she asked if it was our son's fault. I took our son back to the tent we were staying in to quickly change his clothes. I was also not feeling too well, dizziness and headache. I drank water and asked the manger to see if they had any pain killers and he responded that the lady who has them is currently busy but will bring them soon. We get some food for our table and as we started to eat, my headaches got a little worse. This time, we asked another waitress if they had any luck with the meds, she said she would confirm if they had any, she didn't come back to our table after that. After a few more minutes the manager came back into the building, we asked him again if he any luck finding medicine and he pointed out the lady that he said had them. We asked Her about the meds and she admits to forgetting so she leaves to retrieve the medicine. She comes back after 2mins and goes back to her duties. We give it 5 minutes and call her AGAIN, about the meds and she tells us that where she thought she had them, they aren't there. At this point we are confused and wondering why she couldn't just tell us that when she came back? A waitress named Naomi, did come to our table and let us know that she sent someone to get the medicine. Thank God for Naomi, who went above and beyond. She paid, not only for the medicine, but the delivery guy to go out and get it, as there were no places within walking distance. We repaid her kindness and covered the costs of the meds as well as the delivery plus a little extra as gratitude.

As dinner ended, we notified the manager that we had an early morning and requested if he could make our breakfast early, at 630am. He said, "Yes" and proceeded to take our order. Before we left for our room, my wife asked the manager if there was hot water in the shower, being the rainy season it's cold at night and we wanted to bathe our son and the manager said "Yes". We headed back to the room for the night around 10pm. The shower didn't have any hot water. We let the water run for 5 minutes to see if it would heat up and it didn't change at all. The small button you push to activate the shower head wasn't staying in place and if you released it, the lower faucet would come on and the shower would stop. My wife walked back to the main building and explained to the manager about the button being broken and no hot water. The manager calls the technician. When the technician comes, he tells my wife that the water is solar heated and so with the rain, there is no sun to heat the water. She requests a waitress there to heat some water to bathe our son, the waitress tells my wife she will bring it to our room. My wife comes back with the technician to fix the shower. Another 20 minutes passes by and no one shows up. My wife goes back to the front to check on the hot water and the waitress is talking to the manager. Upon seeing my wife, she runs to the kitchen to pick the kettle to heat up water. My wife waited for the water and plastic basin to bath our son in.

The next morning, we head to the main building at around 630am, ready for breakfast. We sit, the waitress comes, we tell her that we made our order last night, and she goes back to the kitchen. Our driver arrives at 650 so we called the waitress and tell her to forget the order we made and to bring what is ready because we have to leave. She serves us what was there. Just before we leave, the manager comes in and my wife walks up to him and asks him if he communicated to his team about our early breakfast request. He says yes, so my wife tells him that our order wasn't ready and we ate what was available. I won't stay here again but the conservancy was nice.
