WOW! I can not recommend this trip and this company more highly. It is vary rare to get such amazing service and meet such genuine people who simply want you to have the best time. We (my daughter and I) were super excited to have booked a round island trip for a full day and were really disappointed when, due to high winds, the trip had to be cancelled at the very last minute. However, knowing that we were near the end of the holiday and that we would not be able to rebook, Alex made special arrangements for us to have a bespoke trip to the south of the island where the seas were much calmer. He went out of his way to make this happen - even moving the boat (an upgraded, bigger boat) over land on a trailer and taking us in his car to a different harbour in the south.
From here we had the most amazing trip around the Keri caves, the Turtle island and so many gorgeous little coves - I have never seen such beautiful sea. Our captain, Reedi, was superb! He told us loads about the island, how the coves were formed and even swam with us through caves to reveal ‘secret’ beaches. He really wanted us to make the best of our experience and was a perfect guide.
Even though this was not the trip we had planned, I think it was even better because we went to places that I am sure we would not have had chance to see on other tours. We saw a turtle really close up in the harbour and this just made our day! Alex picked us up and dropped us right back to our hotel at the end of the day too.
Do not hesitate to book with this company above all the others - a genuine, caring group of people who take pride in the experiences they provide and fantastic customer service. Thank you Alex, Mel and Reedi! I would return to Zakynthos just to have a day out with LuxurE and I cannot wait to book again. Just do it!
