This is a very good option to get to know the history of Tequila (both the town and the drink), get to know the process to create it, have a couple taste samples, and get yourself some memorabilia at the end. Fully recommended.

The town and the beverage for which it is known have been produced here for generations. The tour is both fun and informative. The gift-shop has nice souvenirs and great tequila for those enthusiast of fine spirits. I recommend you taste the "piña" (heart of the agave plant) that has been slowly cooked to be processed later, as well as... More

Visited Jose Cuervo during our recent visit to Mexico We were privileged to have Carlos as our Tour Guide. Only two of us and we were made to feel vary special. The tour itself was an entry into Tequila heaven. Instead of tossing back we were romanced to sip and pleasure each blend of Tequila being tasted. As a Tour... More

wow, I thought tequila was what you drank in shots when you'd had a few too many at the end of the night - how wrong and uneducated am I (don't answer that). The factory tour is a must, and take the option with tasting at the end (it costs a little more but come on you can't do a... More

The tour of the Jose Cuervo tequila factory is very professional, fun and interesting, with added pleasure of tastings along the way. Easy to find and walk to near the center of the town, and no need to be transported in the somewhat comical cartoon shuttle buses that other tours use.

Had fun. Drank some good tequila. Not the best in town... Wish I could have stayed longer but you know how that goes.

We actually went int April of 2015 but our family lives in the neighboring town so we go to Tequila more often than others. This time though we did the private tour. I don't remember how much we paid but it was 7 of us in the tour. We did do it in Spanish and the lady that gave us... More

Jose Cuervo´s factory welcomes visitors to learn how tequila is made step by step and taste it as well. They have many tours available and a big sourvenir store, which is as rich as this place history
