This place offers a beautiful waterfall view, as well as natural garden sections. You can buy local artesanal souvenirs, as well as find some cafeterias in different sections of the park. For people inclined to natural sight seeing, this is surely a good option while visiting Gramado.

I was very impressed with Caracol State Park, which is just outside the Canela city limits. For such a small park, it had very nice paved trails, marked dirt trails, a couple overlooks to an amazing waterfall, and a stairwell all the way down to the base of the waterfall. Unfortunately, parts of the stairs were washed out in some... More

Really good sights and solid tracks for a pleasant walk. A great place to get in contact with the wild life.

It offers a amazing view of the water fall, but because a pine tree felt on the stairs and broke it down I couldn't visit the bottom of the waterfall. This was annoying cause there isn't much more to do there. I would still do it.

A very nice and well kept National park, with some beautiful trails and nice falls. Worth a stride with the whole family and kids. Must be a sunny day. Otherwise, do not go.

This is a small park, mainly dedicated to the Cascata do Caracol, a lovely waterfall, surrounded by with native vegetation. Unfotunately the main stairway to the bottom of the fall is closed. The remaining trails are not demanding and have nice views.

And go down the steps. They are officially closed but its easy enough to jump over the barriers and head down to the base of the waterfall. Its a bit of a hike though so only if you aint a couch potato.

You take an astonishingly beautiful waterfall, and create all sorts of trails, restaurants, panoramic towers, cable carts. From my point of view, you loose the natural wonder it represents.

Really beautiful Araucaria forest with paved trails and lookout and a great watch tower with elevator, but also small forest trails- 'silent trail'; food available

A small park to know in some minutes. Staps of acsess are closed now. You have to pay R$18,00. Would be better and more explored.

Thank Fernando C
