Took our 2 young grandchildren here and had a lovely day - wide range of indoor and outdoor activities as well as quite an assortment of animals. Very friendly staff, totally recommend it.

Spent afternoon with daughter and grandchildren today - they had a ball. A wide variety of activities catered for from lots of animals, diggers, trampolines, a wet slide, “a train” bouncy castles, pedal go carts, soft play. Also an excellent nature trail, very cleverly done.
Cafe in situ as well.
Thoroughly recommend

Having visited last year with grandkids they couldn’t wait to return. We planned to visit on the best day weather wise to get most out of the day but there is plenty to do if the weather is less kind.
There is so much to do from a dry slope toboggan run, bouncy castles in a huge barn. indoor play spaces and play areas to animals to feed and heritage displays it takes a whole day.
You can take a picnic or eat a reasonably priced child friendly cafe.
Staff are lovely and helpful.
At £22 for four and free parking it’s a bargain.
Highlight of the trip for the grandkids!

This farm is fab and close knit. Lovely selection of animals and activities to amuse the children. A soft play area and bouncy castles for the wet weather is a great idea. My little girl especially enjoyed the quad bike ride and the outdoor hill slide. Would recommend to anyone with children under 12 especially :)

We were staying at accommodation locally and the owner recommended Sperrin fun farm to us for our 7 year old daughter. Got to say we've been to a few of these types of fun farms but this is one of the best we've ever been to. It's setting in beautiful very picturesque on a summer's day.

There's ample parking and the signage is very clear. It was £16.50 for 2 adults and 1 child. When you enter you pay at the café counter and the staff go through all that's available and you can bring a picnic but you're not allowed to eat your own food in their cafe which is understandable. In the café towards the back is a play area similar to indoor play centres with one part for younger children. Upstairs are pool and table tennis tables. Out through the door to the right leads into the grounds. There's a barn housing a bouncy castle and a little course set up for toy ride-ons this was free and all the kids really enjoyed it.

Outside then there are two cottages, one houses some animals including some beautiful collie pups. You can pet the animals but hygiene is paramount. The other cottage house things from bygone days so there's some heritage on display. Outside again is another wee course for ride-on tractors etc.

Running up the side of the café is a walkway leading to the fields. Along the walkway are animals and you can purchase animal feeds very cheaply from the café. There's birds, pigs and deer. Further up the fields are larger livestock animals. There are plenty of picnic tables dotted the place.

Kids can get a barrell ride for £1 a go it was terrific. There are swing ball sets, trampolines sunk into the ground, large sandpit, swings, slides, climbing frames and a large hill with watered fake grass that children and adults can slide down. Further up towards the rear fields is a fairy glen and a football pitch.

On a good day weather wise you could spend a full day there. We ate in the café it was fine and the kids chicken nuggets were beautiful. We would definitely return here for another visit.

went here today with my little boy yes he may be 1 but hes well able on the feet, dont see why they have to charge adults same price as a child 2 adults and 1 child was 15.50 when adults are just supervising think its a bit steep! not alot of animals either and play area could be better laid out to be honest! Also for it being for cross community i dont agree with staff being aloud to wear GAA trackies doesnt say alot for them. 1st time here and to be honest i wont be visiting again!

Took my mum, 2 year old daughter and 8 year old niece. Adults are charged £5 each just to be there to supervise which annoyed me. 2 kids were £5 each also..so it was £20 for, to be honest, just a bouncy castle, climbing frame, a standard park with swings etc and a few hens and goats. We adults then spent extra to get cup of tea whilst supervising. The train ride was also an extra £1 per child. For a couple of hours in a little park with few farm animals it ended up costing nearly £30 and that didn't include food! We left to eat. I have to say it's a great place to let the kids run wild in for a few hours but for the price I cannot see us being back. Stop charging adults and I'll surely return! You'll make money from adults at the cafe.

My wife and I took our 3 year old and 6 month olds here. First impression was good looking at the space with picnic tables, slides, swings etc. We didn't see the price displayed anywhere and on paying the lady said she wouldn't charge us for the 6 month old which to be fair I really would expect to pay for anyway. The facilities aren't bad but could be better there is a large slide which is very disappointing as a young member of staff sprayed water on it a few times I can only imagine with aim of speeding it up. I would like there to have been more animals to see. Also if you want the kids to get a ride on the quad pulled train it is an additional charge which I believe is an insult having big paid in. However the grassed area with the picnic tables and swings etc is very well laid out. It would appear that Speerin Fun Farm has based its ideas on Lurgbrack however it falls somewhat short and isn't as good when it comes to value for money. Personally I don't think I would go back.
