I have to admit I was really nervous about driving the ring. The track obviously is legendary and I wanted to be safe but as does everyone else, fast as well. I would recommend based on my experience to take your time and get a feel for the track and just have fun. I was one of the slower vehicle... More

We were here for an RC car racing event so we were not able to take advantage of all on offer but there was plenty that we could do in future

By far the best race track to go on. Everyone abides by the rules of the track and you have a great time with friends. Beware of the sneaky carousel towards the end!

We drove during the two-hour "Touristenfahrt", when the Ring Nordschleife is open to all comers. During the week this means a petrolhead free-for-all from 5:15-7:30 PM -- one that should not be missed. For any first-timer wanting to drive their street car on the track on a weekday afternoon, I offer the following advise: - buy tickets at the visitor's... More

Having known the ring from granturismo, I couldn't miss the chance of trying it out with my own car. Maybe one of the most intense experiences ever! Tried it on my way going south in June, on wet, and then in August going back home.. 2 laps on dry. I'm glad I had experience from the simulator, as I can't... More

It's like a Mecca for the petrolhead. If you like your cars and / or motorbikes then this place is a must-do. Even hanging around the car park is fascinating. I've visited four times, have completed about 20 laps on a motorcycle and went last week with the family in my old VW camper and took that for a lap.... More

Very good, it can be a little daunting going round the track as it is quite unpredictable. But it's good if your a keen motor fan. The only downside is the track will close a lot for safety reasons and you will not be told how long for so expect long confusing waits! Devils diners good too, but they don't... More

Had the best time ever going around 'The Ring' in the ring-taxi. Not the cheapest way to go round but it was the most amazing experience ever, worth every penny

We first walk along the old race track and go later to the new tack where we attend the back stage tour. This tour was well organized and also hold in English as well. Very interesting to follow the stories or the ring ...

Brilliant town if you are a petrolhead, great bars and restaurants, excellent views of track, beautiful scenery.
