If you dont have a museum card, the entrance fee was 7 turkish lira for a person. Which is very cheap. The area was very clean and green. Will keep on the list for the 2nd visit!

This church, dedicated to St Paul was built in 1850 by the Arab and Greek Christian communities who lived in the region. It is now a museum but Christian groups still use it as a church. There aren’t many paintings that remain but the ceiling depicts Jesus in the middle and the 4 Bible writers in the corners and two angels above the altar. It is a museum at the moment because I think the chiristian people would not living any more in the city. It is nice not very big but impressive. I think it was the center of the city in the past. It is one of the most important historical architect in the city.
