Ganj Ali Khan Complex, located at the intersection of two main lines of Kerman Bazaar in an area of 11000 square meters, is a symbol of high human values in Safavid Dynasty. This unique complex contains all features of Naghshe Jahan Complex in a smaller scale such as bathhouse, masjid (mosque), caravanserai, square, school, ab anbar (water reservoir), mint (a place where money is coined) and a bazaar all built and decorated with the most beautiful architectural and art techniques of its own time.

It’s among oldest and ancient Bazar’s of Iran ,
Long but quite interesting labyrinth makes it a beautiful walk , and if your interested to purchase items don’t forget to bargain.
Can find eye catching hand craft such as rugs and precious metal items , like bronze and silver .
Make at least 3 hours to enjoy the area and museum.

A complex of historical places all in one place.
Bazaar, a traditional bath...
Pity there was no guide to explain, no book available to buy or any English in detail information .
But certainly worth to visit.

My first visit to a Persian bathroom and I loved it. I also like the idea of all the statues in it to show how the bathroom was used

the Ganjali Khan Historic Complex is a remarkable example of the Persian Persian architecture of the Safavid Era. the most famous part of this ensemble is the hammam. There are two part hammam, one for all and one for just women which is smaller. You can see an architecture totally different. It’s great for its tile work, stucco work and its arcade.

The bathhouse really gets better set up to demonstrate clearly how does it work in a bathhouse . Much more self explanatory than those in other cities . And very interesting about the whole setup inside . Highly recommend to pay a visit there ! Really make me more understanding how does it work than other bath houses I visited in other 5 cities lol

The bazaar here is relatively small, but very active with locals buying items for their use at home. Nearby is an ancient bath house, complete with wax figures showing how the bath house was originally used.

There are also several restaurants in the area, with the one we ate at serving delicious Iranian food.
