The Gotemba Premium Outlet is an easy 1.5 hours from Tokyo. There are various ways to get here. We brought bus tickets from Shinjuku station. Everything about Japan works like clock work so make sure you are at the station and bus stops on time. The shopping at the outlet was great fun with Mt. Fuji as a back drop.... More

Visited with great hope but was disappointed as the prices were very high compared to other outlet malls outside Japan. Many brands available but we noted the prices were very How's it going compared to Europe and US.

After read some previous reviews for this place, in my opinion, how good this place or not, it depends on what country that we come from and what's the main interest of us.. We arrived at 10 am and shopped until 5pm.. We love this place.. In my country, branded stuffs are very expensive compare to some countries, due to... More

All the big name brands in one place under the guise of outlet shopping. Most items were full price and very few deals. It is enormous but honestly you'd be better off finding a shopping mall or going duty free at the airport

Nothing much to write about. Good outlet mall and big selection of stuff. It is better for clothing for big discounts but electronics items are mainly tax free only. Free shuttle from train station if you so need.

When you go to an outlet mall in America, you're looking for deals. Other than the restaurants, this place was very expensive. It is okay for walking around and shopping and the covered walks help when it's raining.

We travelled there from tokyo cause we heard shopping there was good. In the end only got good stuff from Plaza and Frank frank. Not worth going all the way.

Biggest outlet in Tokyo area. Many international brands, but to be honest, nothing much to buy. Just some generic stuff at a not so cheap price. Place is packed full of tourists. Go early or you won't have a parking space. There are also restaurants and food courts. The Fauchon bakery is good for a light snack. Quite disappointed. I... More

A nice place to come if you have extra time else skip it. It's very crowded and parking seems perpetually full even for a weekday. It seems to be a favourite for China PRC tourists. Many brands are represented here... However, you would be disappointed if you expect the savings one usually get from outlets in the states. Even the... More
