Maybe a bit late to answer your question but there is shuttle bus from the outlet mall to the hotel twice a day(you will need to check the times) or you can take the bus to Gotemba station(they leave every few minutes) and then take the shuttle bus to the hotel. A taxi will cost you 3,500 yen from the outlet to the hotel.
