A massive golden pagoda a little off the beaten track but worth a visit . Not very busy and surrounded by small local shops a small photo shoot stop.

This huge golden construction is impressive. Very very shiny when the sun reflects on the surface. It was very very slippery due to rain earlier that day. There was so many small shops around the wheel mostly local people nought things. Not so crowded.

This pagoda is quite a different shape to many of the pagodas we saw in Myanmar. We did not go inside - it was just a photo stop to look at the outside. Some impressive Burmese lions out the front too.

Taken there by tour guide after seeing many pagodas already, so they are start to seem the same. This one is the "breast" pagoda or the golden dome built in 17th century. It is worth a look.

A nice place to wander and the gold dome stands out from everywhere. You get a good overview of it from Sagaing Hill. Not many tourist seem to visit here.

Egg-shaped dome pagoda that is unique from the more traditional pagodas you will see. There are three different style pagodas and this is one style.
