We both arrived here slightly nervous, as you would, for our first ever skydive. The weather meant we could only go to 13000ft, which was the height we had pre booked so all good. Really enjoyed the whole experience - professionally run, we felt safe and well looked after the whole time. I jumped with Ben who was great, clearly... More

Three of us jumped very early on Christmas Eve in 2016. Safety briefing was thorough, I jumped with Scruffy who made me feel very safe the whole time! Jumped from 16,500ft which was just incredible. Definitely going to visit again next time I'm in NZ. Booked through Stray.

My husband bought me a skydive from 16500 feet for a surprise birthday present. I had thought I was going for a walk, and my initial reaction was no way, I have always said that if there's one thing I would never do it would be to throw myself out of a plane! However the staff were lovely, light-hearted and... More

On the 5th of January me and my friends went for a skydive. We were close not to do it as the girl in the reception was being pushy and rude which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. She wanted our skydive to be efficient and not enjoyable by putting three of us in one plane and let the... More

I surprised my partner with a skydive while on our summer holiday in Motueka. The location of the airport was awesome because when you're up in the plane the view is spectacular; you can see over towards Golden Bay, the mountains and ocean! The jumper made me feel really comfortable and had lots of fun!

I jumped with Dan last month (on his birthday!), and he was wonderful! It was my first skydive and I was extremely nervous, and he was just excellent -- great sense of humor, just a lot of fun! In fact, everyone here was really fantastic. I had to come back three times before I actually jumped because the weather wasn't... More

Did the 16,500 ft tandem on 31/12/2016. Scruffy and the camera lady (sorry I forgot her name) were very professional and experienced. Video coverage and angles are good. However video resolution is bad. Not worth the high price paid (NZD200 ++) for the video. Big disappointment with the video resolution.

Since my arrival to New Zealand 10 months ago I wanted nothing more than to skydive ones. I chose for Skydive Abel Tasman because it had simply the best to offer! Once arrived in a personal pick up everything went very smooth! My tandem Matt and camera jumper Dan were with no doubt the best team you could have up... More

This was my first skydive and I loved every second of it. Though we had a weather hold for four hours, the team at Skydive Abel Tasman kept us informed the whole way and were incredibly helpful. Scrappy, my instructor was utterly fantastic; I was super nervous but he was so calm and lovely, that the nerves soon passed. I... More

We were pretty happy with the professionalism of the staff here...we ended up jumping about an hour and a half later as we had to wait for the sky to clear up...staff were good about updating us frequently while we waited...tandem masters were great at calming the nerves of the first time jumpers in my group and we were happy...
