We organized 3D2N trip, trekking up from Lao Cai and down via Lai Chau province, so we enjoyed scenery from both sides. Lai Cai side, you will see a lot of mountains, on Lai Chau side, you will go through beautiful forests. Tips: - warm clothes, it’s quite cold at night. - trekking poles, which help with climbing up and down. - see sunset, sunrise, star from Muoi Hill, just a short distance from the campsite. - sea of clouds is one of the best in Vietnam.
