Our flight was late arriving and they arranged a private transfer to meet up with the rest of the group across to Cat Ba. We also used them for a transfer from Cat Ba to Hanoi, they are on time and coaches were comfortable and cheapest way to go.

Small bus but comfortable, driver did their job responsibly, was picked from my hostel on Cat Ba island and dropped right in front of my hostel in Hanoi, what more can one ask for.
