I have lived in Mablethorpe for nearly 4 years and I am so glad I am just down the road from a cinema. Although they don't have a lot of films showing because of the limit of screens you still get to see the new films that are out. The cinema prices are ever so cheap and sometimes you can... More

This is a charming little cinema. Reminds me of bygone days. Obviously the facilities are modern with comfy chairs. They also do special rates for afternoons with drinks included.

Comfortable friendly little gem of a cinema with all the latest equipment, sound technology and up to date films as they come out without the expensive charges made by big chains. Run by Mark, a friendly very informative man who can tell you anything you want to know relating to films.

This lovely little cinema gives the audience as much as a full size one. The seats are comfortable and sweets drinks and popcorn available. Very good price too. £3.75 per adult. Highly recommended

Went on Saturday to see the Secret Life of Pets. Firstly it was only £4.50 a ticket which is so resonable compared with the big chains. Snacks etc are very good prices too, a huge popcorn for £3.65 which did 3 of us. Comfy seats, pleasant staff, nothing wrong with it at all. Also wheelchair accessible :) brill way to... More

Only two screens, very small foyer and everything felt a little dated. But that's what made it perfect. I've never been to a cinema like it before. You felt like they genuinely wanted you there. At £5 a ticket on a Saturday for the latest films, it's a bargain. Comfy seats too. Snacks we're all cheap and tasty! Not one... More

The Loewen Cinema is not the easiest to find as it is out on a limb along the road behind the very quiet part of the Mablethorpe coastal stretch, but parking's easy. they have mainstream films and many afternoon tea type showings. I must admit some visits may be mildly entertaining - not for the film but for the way... More

The Loewen Cinema puts every other cinema I've ever visited to shame! It's not the biggest cinema, with only two screens, but it's perfectly sized. It offers comfortable seats, all of which offer a great view, and the quality of the sound and picture is great. Price wise this cinema cannot be beaten as cinema's today can be such an... More
