Try to get there early, to make the most out of your day.
Definitely worth the 2 hour drive from Dubai.. try to arrive early. Tends to get busy on weekends. Friendly staff. If your not used to mountain biking, go for the premium bikes, as the impact is softened on your'behinds' :) . Great Arabic restaurant 2 mins away on the roundabout, suggest you bring your lunch from there if your in for a fresh hot meal.

    Lots of activities
The Hatta Wadi Hub, just outside Hatta, offers cool modern cabin accommodation and loads of activities. There is a climbing wall, adventure playground, mountain bike and hiking routes and all sorts of other options. We enjoyed a nice coffee at the Hatta Wild Cafe before setting off on a hike through the stunning mountain scenery. There are a variety of different hiking routes to choose from and they are color coded based on difficulty. The paths are then lined with rocks painted in the relevant colors. We opted for a range of easy, medium and difficult paths, avoiding the hardest black trails. The going was generally fine, with the steeper hills on the difficult red trails only. There were fantastic views throughout and we also encountered a few animals - goats, donkeys and oryx, the latter being in fenced off enclosures. A really good day out - just make sure you take plenty of provisions as there are no shops once out in the trails.

    We LOVED it!
We absolutely loved it here. Our kids are 6 & 9. We took their bikes with us so it was free for them. My wife and I hired bikes at a cost of 75 aed per hour. A little bit expensive, but if you take your own bikes it’s completely free. There are 4 different difficulties. We did the blue run (2) which was ideal for us. There are two paths that are more difficult. Great day out!

    Truly Horrible
Please be careful. We have just left this place and are truly shocked of how horrible the service was. It was extremely dangerous conditions and we have two very young kids. All of the staff failed to warn us if any of the dangers and for two hours neglected us in dangerous weather conditions. They then did not accommodate us and essentially lied to us about availability of safer accommodation. We spoke to the general manager in person who was extremely unhelpful and was the one who lied to us about availability. We have now had to leave with two crying kids and horribly tired from the experience, this was very disappointing and no care was shown by the general manager.

    Unprofessional non considerate staff
One Thing they just don’t care about health and hygiene. The staff wears no masks! At the tube ride my 13 year old son politely requested the driver taking the kids up to the tube to wear a mask, and he said sit quietly and enjoy your ride. There are no sanitizers for customers. 45 Dhs per ride and they don’t even sanitize the tubes after every ride.

Fantastic activity centre - will be going back
Stayed at the Sedr trailer site near by while one celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. Visited Wadi Hub to do a few activities. Axe throwing and Archery both free of you are guests and so much fun. The instructors were brilliant, so enthusiastic and very nice. Loads to do, not all open yet and sadly due to the rains we couldn’t do all we wanted as some things were closed. (Mountain cart) Also out-with the rains not everything is open yet however hopefully opening soon, they said they are waiting on municipality approval. The site sort of has a feel of a ski resort out of season. Though that could be because it was very chilly when we were there. The site has loads of activities for young and old, and quite a few food trucks , very clean toilets, lockers , some market stalls etc as well. Would 100 percent go back with our son or a group of friends as it would be a great fun and active day out and not that far from dubai or for an overnight. My husband and I agreed that Hatta would be a fab short break with our son nowadays and with lots of different accommodation options on offer and quite a bit to do in the area it would be great fun (kayaking, all the different things at Wadi Hub, the honey bee farm, pool day at the hatta fort hotel etc) The staff were all lovely, very enthusiastic about Hatta, the surrounding area and wadi hub. Couldn’t praise them all enough.

Such a beautiful place with amazing facilities ruined by disaster service.
Such a beautiful place with amazing facilities ruined by disaster service. We are regular visitors to wadi hub, unfortunately level of service is getting poor and poorer. As always, our day was ruined by the check in point. The lady at the reception called Arena was extremely rude and doesn't have any idea about customer service and hospitality. I have never in my entire life experience ed or saw a customer service representative shouting at the customer saying "you don't feed me" and intrupupting me while speaking by saying "I will speak first". The worst part was when we asked to meet the person in charge and, she closed the window on our faces. We are very disappointed, this is not the level of service we expect to see in Dubai and Dubai Holding in particular. I suggest people incharge to select qualified employees for these critical hospitality positions since this is image of Dubai which shouldn't be damage by this type of unqualified employees.

    I saw the sign
I have been up to the HATTA mountain sign before. But a couple of new friends, a French family with two lovely little girls made it special this time. It's an easy one hour hike with plenty of spectacular views on the way. Jackie is your go to person if you want the best of Wadi Hub's outdoor experience. She's with Ariel, Innocent and Mae at the reception. James, Shristi, Prakash, Muhammad and Alvin are your best instructors in the ax throwing and archery department. I have never seen such passionate and dedicated staff who clearly loves what they do. Don't forget to look for them when you visit. You guys rock! Will go back again soon. 😊

Great place and well worth a visit.
Lots of activities are on offer here which would occupy an entire family! The mountain bike and walking trails cater for all levels of fitness and the other numerous activities on offer from zip lines to climbing walls offer fun for all. Great drive out to the centre and worth the effort to get up early and be there before it got too hot. Worth supporting as clearly this facility is still being developed.

There are so many activities available from
Wadi Hub, including mountain biking, hiking, water slides, zorbing, ace throwing, zip wires, gel ball (like paint ball) and more, with overnight stays available in the cool lodges or at the campsite.

There is also a nice cafe and food trucks lots lots of parking.

A great day out with something for pretty much everyone.

Such a great place to hike! There aren't printed maps yet, but you really don't need them. Just take a good photo of the trail head map (I tried to upload a couple here but it wouldn't let me as it said they were too small). If you have data, you can check the map on the visit hatta website as well, however they haven't put up a high resolution image so when you zoom in all the names get blurry.

We get trails of all levels, although stuck mostly to the black sections. We hiked about 16 km in 5 hours or so. The views are gorgeous and the trails are nicely maintained. My one piece of advice, if you feel like you have veered off the trail, then you have. We did it accidentally twice, but double backed and easily found where we went wrong.
