The shuttle service for this outlet is beyond terrible. Although they ask that you to line up 15 minutes beforehand the bus was more than 35 minutes late. While quick to take your € for a return ticket, their timelines and service is very disappointing.
I will never use this shuttle again. They should be delisted. What a joke.

We had high hopes in visiting this mall but were disappointed in the prices finding few real deals and in many cases the prices were higher than what you’d pay in Canada for the same items at a regular retail store.
It’s not easy (30 minute drive) or cheap to get there either as your looking at 60 Euros return by bus or 125-140 Euros return by cab.
Those expecting the Premium Mall experience in the USA and Canada will be sorely disappointed as it looks the the same but doesn’t deliver on value.
Even the Italian goods were either the same as any retail outlet in Rome or their starting points were 1000 Euros plus.
You’re much better off shopping in the Spanish Steps retail area or in any of the many small shops in the city.
My advice is to avoid the place as it’s not worth the drive or the hassle.

I write to warn those who think of going to the outlet thinking of doing business, after traveling 80 km.
I had confirmation that many of the clothing stores present inflate the initial prices, then apply outlet discounts but on balance the final price is very close to what you would have paid in the center of Rome or in any city store, with products from the last season and not as all outlet that are certainly not recent.
So in essence, I do not recommend going to this outlet, look elsewhere saving time and money.
Those who manage the Castel Romano outlet should take action to make some checks, avoiding giving the usual answers of circumstance.

Place is very nice and clean. Lots to shop. Better Bargains and prices at the Sicilia Outlet. Paid €15 each Shuttle service, 2-way from Roma Termine and the 1830hrs bus did not come. At 1930hrs the Outlet rep came to inform everybody that it is arriving late. @ 1945hrs had to call a taxi, which costed us another €50 to Roma termine. Shuttle service NOT RELIABLE.

We made a mistake and came during fashion festival day (Sunday) It was packed with people !!
We paid the 15 euros at the kiosk facing termini on Giolliti street knowing that we could’ve gone for free if we took the bus from Eur Fermi subway station. However, we ended up going to that station anyway; the bus picked up people from there, and we had to wait over 30 mins for the bus driver to write each pax a voucher to get on for free. Additionally, traffic was horrible, the entire bus ride took 2.5 hrs. The driver talked on the phone the whole way and they don’t stick to the scheduled departure.
Prices in the outlet stores are relatively the same as where we’re visiting from, so this was sadly a complete waste of our day.
Suggest you don’t go there unless you know for a fact that the item you’re looking to buy is discounted.
Finally, the staff seem to be either abused or completely ignorant on customer service. I’m not sure if it was a dislike towards tourists in general or if they’re just hating their lives. They were extremely rude and gave us attitude for asking them simple questions.
I came here about 10 years ago and don’t recall it being such a huge disappointment. If I do make it back to Rome, I sincerely hope I’ll remember not to step foot here again.

Good center on the outskirts of Rome with many shops but with higher prices than other shops around Rome. Then talking to some inside the center told me that you can also get from Rome with the shuttle service but with fixed times but with exaggerated prices. In addition to coming to visit the property the shuttle service to and from Rome should be free or at least cost half. Customers must be enticed to come by means otherwise people do not come. To be improved

Extremely disappointed with the transport organisation to get back to Stazione Termini Rome. There is a coach which operates 4 trips in the morning and 4 trips in the late afternoon/evening. Departure from the station is fine, buy your tickets including the return and board. We went on a busy Sunday when sales were on so it was busy. The return trip to the city was disastrous! There is no proper coach stop or station! Just a small area to the side of the road enclosed by metal stands. The girl on duty only waved her radio about to passengers to get eveyone into the area. No proper queuing, nothing. We missed the 4pm trip as it was full and had to wait standing for a full hour for the next. When the coach arrived, it was a free for all! People who had been there for an hour got left behind. Absolutely shameful.

It was very hard to find information about the shuttle bus, so here is everything you need to know. You can book the shuttle bus from Termini station at the stand outside the station. Usually there is someone to provide information about the transportation (for free). We were lucky to spot a guy who booked us tickets (15€ two ways/ one person) and showed us where the bus leaves. The bus arrived to Via giovanni giolitti street on the side of the station. It was easy to spot thanks to big stickers stating Castel romano outlet.
Now about the outlet itself. We were very pleased to find good deals on brands like Coach, Michael Kors, Guess, Calvin Klein and more. Also had surprisingly good cacio e pepe pasta at the Farinella restaurant. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes mid range designer brands!

Not sure where Globalone is coming from, Sininenn sums it up perfectly.
£15 Euro return from Termini, quite a journey, further than I thought but there was a bit of traffic. Important to note that you could walk all the way around the outlet and not find the bus stop to get back. Quite a few people were commenting on this. You have to go through the outlet across the road and turn right until you get to the main road. Ask at the Info desk for a better explanation but I'm pretty sure that's all I was told!
I was particularly looking for Stone Island and they do not allow stockists to discount more than 30% on their clothing. I was happy to get 30% and save 130 Euros. I was happy with the amount of stock and the sizes available.
Top tip, if you are from the UK, you can claim the tax back, 11%. A girl in Rinascente told me that but didn't say I'd need my passport, so a failure on my part.
All the good designer clothing brands are here. If you like shopping, you will love this place.

My complaint concerns Michael Kors' store and especially the sales assistants.
On 11/24/2023 I purchased a shoulder bag, while I was in line at the checkout for payment, a sales assistant approached me and snatched the bag from my hand and told me that it had been booked by a lady in front of me.
This was not true because I had taken the bag from the shelf and then the bags, if they are booked, are put aside behind the register.
Terrible situation and rude and very rude sales assistants.
The rudeness of the sales assistants, in my case, has already been repeated in other situations!!!
