Questo pezzo di storia valdostana è stato sapientemente messo a disposizione per eventi: concerti, degustazioni, ecc. Ottima la gestione da parte della vineria wine not....ottimi i vini , i prodotti e l'accoglienza. Molto suggestiva l'illuminazione....e nonostante sia all' aperto non fa per niente freddo. Bravi!!!

Petite escale à Nus (que je ne pouvais rater, étant naturiste), lors d'une excursion en train (air conditionné) vers Aoste au départ de Turin (attention, correspondance à Ivrea). Nus ("nouss") est un petit village pittoresque "à la provençale", très soigneusement entretenu, à une centaine de km de Turin et une quinzaine d'Aoste. Ce sera votre premier contact avec le Val d'Aoste bilingue et les très accueillants Valdostains. Vu la chaleur exceptionnelle de cette fin juin, difficile de faire le tour de tous les monuments, notamment religieux, en une paire d'heures... Si la gare n'est qu'à 500 m d'altitude environ, la commune culmine à 3500 m ! Je me suis contenté de parcourir le village et ses ruelles, et notamment le Castello di Pilato. Celui-ci est déconcertant, presque entièrement détruit, on a récupéré ses vieilles pierres et on en a fait un lieu agréable et surtout à l'abri de la chaleur. Il s'agit (en début d'après-midi) plutôt d'un bar à vins et d'un petit restaurant, cuisine malheureusement fermée à l'heure de ma visite... Les serveuses n'ont vu aucun inconvénient à ce que je parcoure le lieu, rempli de panneaux informatifs très intéressants. La salle arrière, invisible de la rue principale (étroite, mais les voitures foncent !) dispose d'un éclairage ...original. Concerts modernes le soir.

Un locale che definirei geniale, non ho potuto non fermarmi. Ho degustato un ottima birra denominata “ Via Francigena “ ed un’insalata con grana, pere e noci. Davvero squisita! I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili.

Un angolo di Storia nel cuore di Nus. Il castello è arricchito dal dehors della vineria Wine Note, allestito proprio all'interno delle vecchie mura in pietra. Il posto ideale per bere un ottimo bicchiere di vino in compagnia. Sono stata qui con amici ma sarebbe perfetto anche per una serata romantica o per una festa privata!
