The Cheese factory was created in 1958. We visited the dairy foundation but not many from the group bought at least what they wished or were dreaming to purchase. Quality is excellent but not everyone can afford to buy! Prices are way up and most of us were disappointed.

The product is good the prices are crazy. I'm in the cheese business, and some of the most famous French, Swiss, and Italian cheeses are far less expensive. The metsovo cheeses are well made and quality, but their price far outweighs the pedigree and quality.
