Found it a little underwhelming after the long drive and with it being the most westerly point but we walked around the lighthouse and took in the views. Spotted a sea eagle flying around above us too which made the trip worthwhile! Can say we’ve...More

We drove to the lighthouse on our first day in the area. This is the most westerly point of the UK mainland and is very isolated- it is reached by single lane roads with passing points. The lighthouse is very grand and the information boards...More

The lighthouse is presently closed for renovations but the visitor center is still open as is the coffee shop and delicious pastries and cakes. This is a great lookout point from which to view the Sound and Island of Mull on a clear day.

Firstly it is a LONG way to Ardnamurchan Point if you live anywhere but Ardnamurchan. It is also the most westerly point on the British mainland (almost - the little headland a smidge to the south is fractionally further west but the headland is a...More

Did you try Google? A simple search give you the web site (I can't link it here apparently) and it then tells you the web site to try for booking! (again I'm not allowed to show it!)
