Stunning seascape scenery in Brittanny.

This corner of brittanny is remarkable for its almost 'moonscape' scenery of rocks and water at low tide and this short walk around this headland is a great place to see it.

The rocks are spectacular!

The coastal path is well maintained on this walk, there is plenty to see as you walk along. Some of the rocks are supposed to resemble things such as a rabbit, a witches hat a fist and many more. You look at the rocks and think how are they staying there, they seem to be balancing very precariously! At the end of the walk there is a lovely beach and bar which looks out to sea, and a wonderful shop selling a huge variety of ice creams.

Most people go to Pointe de l'Arcouest to catch the ferry to the beautiful island of Brehat located a 5 minute ride away, but a walk on the shore side of Arcouest is definitely worth it as well. on low tide you can stroll among the rocks and fishing boats.

Bretagne have the most beautiful sea landscape i had ever seen before. A strong character of the northen seaside. Arcouest is a first class place to see this fantastic nature and take plenty of picts.
