the Niyang river located at the Nyingtri region,it is one of branch river of the Brahmaputra river ,the local peopel see it a mother river for Kongpo rigion.

There are several places along the river, high ground, to take nice pictures but almost every afternoon it will have strong wind blowing up sands and dust the view so take your picture by noon or early afternoon ,,,
