We visited Coron for 7 days . And we did a boat tour includes kayangan lake . The view is fanstatic . Have 150 steps going to the top then the lake is behind and 150 steps going down to the lake . The lake has 75 per cent fresh water and 25 per cent salt water. When I snorkel... More

As a saying no pain ,no gain. This was exactly this place is. A unsafe hike especially for the elderly,or children with no supervision is not highly recommended. Take your time and be cautious with your steps. On the bright side when you reach the top there's a small cave and a big rock and pose and take a panoramic picture... More

Kayangan lake is the sole reason I visited Coron. Dubbed the clearest lake in Asia, it was impressive. There was a short walk to the lake from the boats over the hill however once you arrive, it's clear waters was so inviting - I snorkeled during the time we were here. Waters were clear especially when the sun is out,... More

The port where you get off to go to the lake is already gorgeous. There's a steep climb up and down before getting to the lake though. There's a place on your way up where you can get a really good photo of the rock formations. When we got to the lake, there were so many people. You can't even... More

Visiting Coron you must do the boat trip around Coron Island. One of the stops of this day trip is Kayagan Lake. The views are beautiful and on the other side you can swim in a sweet water lake. The collors and the feeling is great. I recommend to pay a bit more and go on a privet boat to... More

When you reach the lake the climb makes it worth while. We did not stay for long nor did we swim in the lake but the water is really clear and nice. Well I swam but my wife did not.

The hike to the lake was fine. Had read a few previous reviews saying it was tough, but wasn't too bad. Took less than 10 mins. Good viewing point just to the side at the top of the hill. Lake was lovely. We had cloud so potentially spoilt the impact when you walk down. Nice and refreshing. We were lucky... More
