Although bathroom is old & kinda enclosed, they're clean & they have handsoap. The animals are healthy & not limited. The place is not crowded & it's well maintained. They have very affordable food inside but it's limited & nothing fancy. It's not bad, it's ok. The zoo is highly recommended. I hope they can work on a map next... More

We enjoyed roaming around the zoo. My daughter particularly enjoyed the close encounter with the tigers as well as the alligators. Bring extra clothes and a lot of water!

For nature and animal lover, this is one of the place you must visit. We've consume for about 2 hours to roam around the place. We also tried to feed them and the best part was when the white tiger roar! I was very shocked hahaha. I thought he's going to break the cage. I have so many stories to... More

We got a very good deal in a group buying site, My children are very excited for the trip, it took us 40mins from our place in Quezon City with no traffic, however going there is quite a challenge with road construction and poor signage. Thanks to online GPS. :) Best time is to go is end of school year... More

We went last April 17th, with 2 lil kids and 6 adults. We bought the vouchers from Metrodeal. There are still no road signs going to Avilon Zoo; we got confused on our way to and from the zoo. Road is still under construction. Comfort rooms are clean. Restaurant and snacks area are in place. We're happy that they were... More

I would give it five points if it wasn't so far and the entrance fee was too expensive. 600 pesos per head. Animals are taken care of and they are active although the hot weather. The zoo is well structured and you can enjoy just being there among well placed trees. They have two main small restaurants serving burgers and... More

The place is smaller than what I remembered, but still way better than Manila Zoo! Since it was a weekday when we went there, there were only a few of us visitors in the zoo. Some areas were under construction, and so they were closed for public viewing. We didn't see elephants or giraffe there, just small to medium sized... More

We discovered Avilon Zoo from some expat free magazine and it made it seem like a fantastic way to spend a chill Sunday and it came with mixed results. The Good -It's a huge property - A lot to see - You can do live feedings of the animals for only P50. 00 - Less then 2 hours from Manila... More

There's a wide variety of animals that are only seen in different parts of the world. The place is clean. I think the animals are well-taken cared. The landscape is amazing. The animal enclosures are well designed, the paths shady, plenty of food in beverage stops and the comfort rooms are very clean.

It was quite a challenge to get to this place, especially when it's raining because you have to cross a mini-river. The zoo is quite interesting. The animals were all sleeping and seemed lazy, maybe because of the weather. They are offering the services of a tour guide (I think you have to pay extra but it's worth it). The... More
