This was our alternative to Manila Zoo as I've heard the animals in Manila Zoo are miserable. The Avilon Zoo is well maintained and the animals are well taken cared of. We hired a tour guide so that he would take us to the main attractions and so that the tour would take about an hour plus. Per the tour... More

This is the best zoo that I have visited so far. The animals here are well fed and very healthy. A very huge place for a wide variety of animals. There is a celebrity at the end of the trip. Be sure to hire a tourist guide for the best experience.

This is best for student's field/educational trip, as there are a lot to see and learn. The place is quite humid. I think its best to be here in the afternoon when the animals are awake. Animals, especially tiger, lion, and leopard, whom I want to closely see are asleep. But, you will still be needing the whole day to... More

I went here with family. The place is definitely better compare 8 years ago.It was nice to see Trixie the Orangutan again, we were able to clicked before and after 8 years picture with her. I just hope they would make the pathway for stroller and wheelchair better because some pathway were rough and with patches... Overall we enjoyed our... More

This really is a great place to spend a day. First, the logistics. The zoo is not super easy to get to from Manila and is not cheap. That said, Avilon Zoo makes up for the difficulty by just being a wonderful place. There are tons of animals here and the enclosures seem to keep going on forever. Importantly, (and... More

We purchased the special offer online to avail the 50% discount, hassle lang na di dumating ever yung voucher sa email pero pinakita na lang namin ung transaction sa entrance and we were admitted. Kahit may mga nag fieldtrip, hindi crowded ung place. Sobrang lawak ng place at vast ang variety ng animals nila kaya enjoy tlga ang kids na... More

One thing I immediately noticed was the diversity of the animals in this zoo. They have different birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, they also had fishes and insects which are not common in other zoos. Another thing that is good about the zoo is the presence of our local animals, this gives us a rare chance to see the animals... More

I had this trip sometime ago. I was amazed with how the place was well planned and the way you can see the healthy animals roaming the zoo. There were rare animals that I had the chance to see. If you want to really enjoy a zoo experience, AVILON Zoo is the place to visit with friends and kids.

I am from the US and have been to zoos all over the states but this was by far the most interactive and interesting zoo I have ever been too. You can feed chicken heads to Amazon River Fish, take photos with a chimpanzee and giant snake, and feed carrots to the giraffes. We had so much fun and could... More

It's a conservation foundation so the animals look healthy and their areas are spacious and clean. My son loves reptiles so we were especially delighted how they housed the iguanas and monitor lizards in a central island so we got to watch them very closely. Their Bengal tiger is the most majestic feline I've ever seen. It's a beautiful place... More
