This is hands down the best and most informative tour I have ever taken in my life. I have taken several coffee tours before - and this one is amazing. The tour is led by Leo - the owner of the coffee farm. Leo takes you on a journey and provide insight and a history lesson of coffee in Colombia. He provides insight as to his story of how he evolved from being involved with marijuana and coca cultivation to evolving into owning a coffee farm. He walks you to the farm from the Buenavista plaza. Along the way he provides insight on the variety of trees and plants along the walk. Leo then walks you through his farm and explains the process of harvesting coffee etc. Amazing story....and at the end of the tour you eat a great typical CB meal with him and his family.

The Don Leo’s Finca was an amazing experience. He has a lot of stories and knowledge about Colombian history from his farmer point of view. We spent a whole afternoon with him and with a group of tourists. Starting at the village main square with a cup of coffee and walking to his finca where you will learn about coffee and other plants. The tour finalise with a typical Colombian lunch. I highly recommend the experience if you want to learn about the coffee, about Colombian history and about the Coffee federation. Of course you will have the opportunity to buy his delicious coffee. Some extra info: I payed to our driver who arranged the tour If I remember correctly 40.000 COP for the tour. And each coffee bag 12.000 COP

What an amazing tour! Don Leo took us on a 1km walk to his coffee farm, and told us his life story along the way. It was an incredible story and had so many interesting facts along the way. When we got to the farm we got to see the whole coffee process, from plant to cup. We then sat for a delicious meal, all fresh from the farm. Sancocho was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this tour, it was worth every dollar!

What a great tour! You do not only get the chance to know more about coffee but you also discover the life of a Colombian farmer. Don Leo is authentic and real and thought a walk to his finca, he will tell you the story of his life. After the tour you will also share a handmade typical paisa lunch/dinner and you can even continue the experience with a night at the Finca!
