We did not do the animal park part of this. We paid for the zip line experience only (approximately £62 per person).
The zip line experience is made up of 4 zip lines. Each one varies in length and height.
The second of the four is the challenging one. It’s called ‘Superman’ because you lay on your front, harnessed and travel along a wire, almost a mile long, over 1000 feet high, travelling at almost 80mph. If heights are an issue for you, you might struggle with this one. It does make lines 3 and 4 look a doddle.
I don’t mind denying ‘Superman’ was terrifying. From the moment I looked up and saw how high it was, to travelling up there in a truck and then looking down at the hotel resorts, oh my word! I completed it because my wife wanted to do it and I have to admit I had my eyes closed for a lot of the ‘Superman’ line.
If you love the thrill of this sort of thing, it’s right up your street and you’ll love it.
Prices for the photos they take equated to around £24. They’re downloaded and emailed to you within a few days.

We booked 3 different excursions and had to cancel one which we did 24 hours before and got a full refund with no issues. Stephanie the manager is very helpful if you have any questions. Riding the ATV's was great we had 8 people and the Aerial pass was tremendous especially the superman zipline. I would definitely go back ti Diamante when I return to Costa Rica.

Ten of us from CPI Spanish Immersion Program in Flamingo bought the Adventure Pass for all day Saturday. It was all that was promised and more. We went ziplining in the morning, visited the Animal Sanctuary in the early afternoon and the Cultural Center in the afternoon, topping it off with swimming at the beach before our shuttle picked us up at 4 pm. The frequent transportation between each location made it easy to go back and forth and everyone was helpful and professional. The Cultural Experience was better than expected with hands-on experiences helping the leader make coffee, sugar and chocolate the 'old way.' The grounds are gorgeous and there's a botanical garden if you are interested in learning the names of the beautiful plants.

We paid $95US to tour a very bad version of a zoo. The promotional information on line does not explain what this “ECO” adventure actually includes, which is animals penned in small confinements and some in solitude. DEPRESSING.
Plenty of staff on hand.
Does not make this “ECO FRIENDLY”. I’d go back and rescue the animals if I ever go back.

We bought tickets in advance online only to have to wait in ticketing line. As a result missed our cultural tour scheduled for 9am.
I bought a ticket for my infant for the tour because there is no option on the website not to buy one for someone under 5 years old - who are free. I was told I would get a refund in 2 days. It's been 2 weeks and no refund has magically appeared. Even sent an email to their info email account.
I wanted the refund while I had to go through the morning line anyhow but they refused because they were too busy.

Diamante offers a wide range of activities but I had hoped that for the money their would have been more than a 30 minute Zipline experience over 5 lines and then a small zoo. The overall experience was good, but for the money, I felt like the park should offer more. For instance, the park could really benefit from something like a treetop adventure course that caters to adults and older teens. The ATV and horse back riding tours where of course add-ons to your tickets so it gets rather expensive to try and experience all the park attractions. The highlight for us was the Superman Zipline - it is amazing, but we didn't feel it was enough to make this a "must-do" attraction in such a rich and beautiful country with so many excursions to experience,

Let me start by saying the staff is nice and doing the best they can, however this is not an animal refuge but a zoo. It’s unclear which of the animals are rescued and definitely not all animals are even rescued. It’s a zoo where the animals live in way too small enclosures just for profit of the owners. The moneymaking mindset is also more than obvious when to have to pay 9 dollars for a simple icecream in the souvenir shop.

We selected this activity to take our toddlers to and to show them a day with exotic animals, while teaching them a bit about conservation efforts. It's a clean facility with decently arranged displays, but it's far from exciting, considering the cost. For a relatively short walk through all of the exhibits, you're paying just under USD$50/person. To further punctuate my point, we purchased three small slush drinks to cool off at the center concession stand. Each was USD$11. So for Canadian travellers, that's basically CAD$42 for three slurpees. The gift shop was worse. All in all, there are better ways to support local and see the wildlife in Cost Rica. If you're looking for a quaint, noble conservation group who is caring for endangered animals, this not it. Keep in mind that The Diamante Eco Adventure Park is very much a polished for-profit business with wealthy stakeholders. Enjoy accordingly.

We went for zip lining which was advertised as ocean view zip-lining but in the actual zip-lining barely was able to see the ocean for 3seconds.very disappointing given what I was expecting.
Also the horse riding was described as being level based.actual experience not good horses, barely stopped by the ocean..

Paid upfront for photographs and photographer wasn’t present in the first zip line for our group who was there for the previous group and no photographer at the point where horses were stopped at the ocean.

Our zipline has over a minute (over a mile) of awe-inspiring views of the ocean.

My family of five experienced the all day adventure pass and it was phenomenal. We will share these memories forever. I was very impressed with all of it, but especially the crew of individuals that guided us through each Zipline assuring our safety, well being, and enjoyment. They were all so welcoming and we really can't say enough great things about this place! The animal sanctuary was a fun experience as was the farm tour and all that we learned there about coffee, sugar cane, and cacao. This is beyond a five star attraction. I highly recommend Diamante Eco Adventure Park to all looking for an adventure you won't forget in Costa Rica.
