Amazing experience from start to finish, very well organised and fantastic staff. Felt very safe and well taken care of all the way through. Cannot praise or rate them highly enough. 1st jump got cancelled due to weather but was quickly booked in for the following day.

Incredible experience, the instructors were so helpful and comforting the whole time, especially Noel. Sadly, the organisation at reception was not as good and although we were booked in for 10:20, they couldn’t find us on the booking list and when sorted out we were told to come back for 1:30. But when we returned, no one was jumping as the clouds were too thick, which I understand is out of their control, but it’s annoying when it was really clear in the morning when our jump was scheduled for. However, we stuck around and the staff were very good at updating us on the weather conditions and it was definitely worth the wait!

Excellent DZ, with a extremely proactive student training program with a very proficient, experienced instructor base with a very refreshing focus on customer service. Video debriefing as standard, superb organisation and a proactive approach to weather monitoring. Excellent facilities with a dedicated base of experienced jumpers. Big aircraft with lots of power and 15k in 15 minutes.

I recently done a tandem skydive at Hibaldstow which was a 30th Birthday present. There was a lengthy wait to do the jump (due to to no fault of their own) in which they kept us updated and apologised for on a number of occasions which we appreciated. Due to the long wait I was incredibly nervous to do the jump, however Rob my instructor was brilliant. He talked me through every step, asked questions (most likely as a distraction tool which I now appreciate!) and made the whole experience the best it possibly could given how nervous I was. We also purchased the video and photos which were great, had nearly 120 photos in total so would also highly recommend as the jump can be be a bit of a blur plus hilarious to look at afterwards! Despite the nerves I would definitely do another skydive and highly recommend Hibalstow for the place to do it!
