being raised in the area, i'm probably biased, but love the area and always visit when i'm visiting family. watching the surfers takes me back to youth as does the sound of the gulls

Dunraven Bay has facilities to park your car and either have a day on the beach or take a walk up the hill where you have the coastal path

We stayed in Slade Cottages which were so peaceful and with beautiful gardens plus a walk through down to the beach. Recommend these to anyone.
