The venue is doing all they can during these tough times. The staff are working hard to maintain social distancing and keeping control on numbers. This does mean a bit of queuing for indoor play and restaurant however the staff are amazing. Sadly no social distancing when queuing but that’s down to people not the venue. Food was priced ok and large quantities (£5 for child meal) however taking a picnic would help keep costs down. Lots to do for children of all ages. Indoor play area is now open so my daughter had a great time

From the staggered entry times to the pre ordering at the restaurant they seem to be doing everything they can to keep people safe from Covid. My step daughter has special needs and the girls in the barn with the rabbits were just amazing taking time to talk to her about her animals at home. She even got to feed the chickens with broccoli. They really made her day extra special so thank you! Lunch tables were well spaced and I though the food was good value at just over 6 pounds for nuggets, chips and beans. Good quality and all delivered safely to us on a tray in closed cartons. its Support the local businesses where you can so they are here for many years to come! we will be back soon.

I came with a friend and her children. I am giving 2 starts due to the fact the kids really enjoyed their day out, however I do worry for the animals. There seemed to be lots of over-crowding and many of the animals didn't appear to have anywhere they could hide away from people. Some of the enclosures were also quite unclean. Overall, most children will enjoy this but an observant adult will spend much of the day worrying about the animals.

So Covid-19 means no sky trail, no indoor play area, limited food and drink options and paying £60 in addition to tickets for a family of four to sit under their own personal flimsy gazebo and have food delivered to it. We were bored after two hours. Ok so the awful weather didn’t help but it didn’t feel like amazing value.
