The first thing that you see is the incredible turquoise water touching the white sand beach. The water was calm, in fact there is little wave action on this side of the island. Parking was bit of a challenge. We did not try the restaurant at the beach, we left that for the next time. Between Shoal Bay and Sandy... More

Spent day on Anguilla, first we toured then relaxed on quiet beach. Very laid back, not many people and white sand. Only disappointing part was too rough to snorkle.

Most picturesque beach ever! turquoise water, warm breeze, pretty quiet with few tourists, well worth the taxi ride from the ferry. Very Highly Recommended!!!

We went on a 1 day excursion with Nexus tours. The boat ride over was great even though the waves were a little rough. When ate at the little restaurant on the beach (included in the excursion so our lunch was disgusting). Even though, the beach was amazingly beautiful. The white sand was smooth, almost like clay. The views were... More

Must see. We stayed at fountains. Good restaurants, white sand beach and clear turquoise water. Doesn't get better than this!

We visited Shoal Bay Beach as a daytrip on a recent vacation to Sint Maarten and loved it. We booked through Nexxus and had a very quick and uneventful speedboat ride from a dock near Princess Juliana Aiport through the inner harbour to Marigot and then across the open water to Anguilla. There were a number of people in our... More

This is the number one gorgeous beach on the entire island. Worth the trip across the island for most people. Perfect for sunset walks.

We visited this beach one day on a day tour from St. Maarten. This is far and away the best, most beautiful beach I have been to. Turquoise water, soft, white, squooshy sand. We did a Nexxus tour that provided lunch at a restaurant that provided beach chairs and optional umbrellas.. so relaxing. so beautiful.

The beach is long with white sand and has a reef close to the shore that is good for snorkelling. It is a beautiful. There was a high swell while we were there so the waves were a bit high that also meant visibility was not great and it also meant that swimming with children was not safe on 1... More
