My son had an absolute ball here. Not once did I have to tell him he was too small for a ride. Which was fantastic! He's 4 so he wants to do everything, and he did!
The taboganing ride is a long line so be prepared but the other places were reasonably quick to get through.

This place is a lot of fun for the little ones. Kids between 4 and 7 and basically do any ride and enjoy a wonderful day out. Some attractions have been there since I was a child and need some fresh paint, but the whole park has its charme and is worth a visit. I can well imagine that kids older than 8 years will be bored easily as faster and more thrilling rides are missing.
A real downside is the "restaurant / kiosk". They only accept cash and the choice of food has not been changed since the 80's.

Till the age of 12, may be 14 is this a amazing park with much fun and amusement. Not really expensive but the food ist not so good as in restaurants.

The road in northern Germany laeding to this amazing park is very narrow, but the contents of Tolk Schau are almost mind-boggling. There is alittle bit of everything, mainly for kids from around 2 to 12 years old. One of the great advantages of the park is the fact that there is free parking and all of the attractions are free, after you've paid admission. In that way, parents and kids don't spend any time arguing about whether or not to take the rides or to try the activities. Our group included 3 kids aged 2, 5 and 8, and they loved the park immensely. In addition to the things that can be found at many other amusement parks, Tolk Schau has statues of life-sized dinosaurs and giant insects, as well as some areas with living deer. There are trains that cover the entire park to ease moving around between the attractions. All in all, I was happily surprised by how the park was able to entertain our group aged from 2 to 72.
