The golden summit is EXTRAORDINARY! It is purely fantastic! And i've never seen anything like it before!!! We went in February and it was a bit cold... in fact we had snow and ice all the way up the mountain. It is also impossible to do the 9-hr climb from the bottom of EMEI mountain all the way to the... My evaluation is based on my overall experience. The Shrine at the Summit - and all the scenic views of mountains crowning the horizon and breathtaking valleys .. were all clouded out in a blanket of grey and white.
