We began the walk from Almora Zoo to kasar devi. It was a day well spent. We enjoyed a small picnic and the Trek. There were a lot of monkeys but that was an experience in itself.

Very powerful feeling - maybe due to the stunning location, and the temple itself (the Devi mandir) is also very ancient and very special. Definitely worth the trip and worth spending some time there.
