A long strenuous climb, especially if hot, over 3000 steps which can up to around 2 hours. Once at the top there is a huge complex of over 900 Jain temples. Very friendly pilgrims and a fascinating place.

It was one of the best trips to such a lovely temple in India. The walk is steep but it's worth going up for the prayer! For elderly folks they have the rides that is apt as well.
