The darshan and peace of mind inside the temple is divine,

Important tips for people visiting for the first time.

1. There are agents who help you to get the hotels, be away from them. They help you get hotel and also help pick you from the hotel for free and drop till the temple and take to their own prasad shops for favor in return to the free service where they misguide you that all the items are essential and they will directly get the blessing on Baba as they have a separate arrangement. they make you buy all sort of items and make a bill around 1000+ Rs plus and take you to a small temple and make you place all the things you purchased and tell you that the same is not allowed in the main temples. They place 7 photos of Sai baba in the offering and inform you that it is of 30 rs later when the activities are completed in the small temple which is not related to Sai baba temple , then they tell that the cost of 7 photos is 210 rs and keep taking the money and all of them work in group of 4-5 youngsters. Stay away from such people.

Solution
1. Kindly book the darshan online and stay in the Sai sanstan where the booking is also online. The mobile app needs to be downloaded at least 24 hours prior to your booking.

2. There are different gates at the temple where you can keep your footwear for free and mobiles at very minimal cost.

3. Prasad or any offerings is not allowed inside hence purchase what every you want after your darshan is completed there are plenty of shops around the gates of the temple where the rates are reasonable.

Shri Saibaba Santhan Temple is the main temple complex where the Samadhi mandir is situated. Along with the temple, lendi bagh and dixit wada museums are also located in the temple complex. To have a darshan of Baba peacefully and in less time, an online VIP darshan ticket is very helpful. Hardly any visitor is in this queue, and the distance is also short. Unlike the general queue, where you have to unnecessarily walk a long distance in blank rows, If a smaller crowd is there, you can spend the maximum time in front of Baba.

Must visit atleast once in life time. I have hardly seen such a spiritual and serene place. I regularly visit this temple and always leaves me with the same contended feeling. The trust are maintaining the temple and its compound neat and clean. A little bit of walking is required though

I visited this month (Jan 2020)., Booked my VIP passes online. Though due to flight delay I need to book it again at the airport. Before entering you need to submit your shoes and mobile at their counter. You can also do it with any shop keeper but better to avoid that. As a VIP pass you will skip a long que and finally meet the all devotees at the entrance of the main temple. Before leaving they will give a small packet of prasada. I choose the afternoon time to visit and it didnt take much time. You will get many hotels near by to stay.

Excellent darshan, 7 of them in one and half days. Staying at Sai Jashan helped. It was walkable though the hotel offers drop and PickUp service.

In this visit after two years, found Gate no.2 closed. Every devotee has to get free general pass. One has to walk little over 500 meters from gate number 1. Finger printing is done. There are many counters. 2 separate counters for senior citizens .
A single Senior citizen counter is also located near gate no.2 which also has counter for shoes and mobile phones.

Sr.citizen passes are free too. One person can accompany if the Sr.citizen is above 70 years. If the Sr.citizen is above 60 years and below 70 years, then only spouse can accompany.

Be sure to carry a govt ID card. Aadhar card works the best.
Entry for Sr.citizen with free pass is at gate no.3.
Others can enter from gate no. 4 or 1. Gate no. 2 was found closed during my visit.

The change is that Udi packet is given first then the bhoondi Prasad packet. There are two to three separate lines and well regulated.

Keep away from touts. You may be aware that Shirdi sansthan runs tea/coffee and Prasad counters. Tea costs just 2 rupees.

Tea/coffee is opposite the auditorium area which is between gate no.2 and 3.

Darshan were very smooth amidst good arrangements from trust. However, persuasion from local agents for stay and parking was very erratic. Better find stay in Sai Ashram with cleanliness and simplicity.

Was our first trip.

Wonderful place.. Sai Baba is mesmerising.. Had great darshans of him.

The place itself is clean - not just the temple - even the surroundings.. Good aspect is that no body does anything here for money.. it is all organized well.. Booking online for the pooja, aarti and darshan really helps.. It is streamlined and flows through smoothly.

The temple itself has a few other places around apart from Samadhi Mandir - Gurusthan, Lendi Bagh, Museum at Dixit Wada, Shani, Ganesh and Shiva Shrines, Haji Baba Samadhi etc.

Outside the gates are Dwarakamai, Chavadi, Haji Babas house, Maruti Mandir and on the opposite side of the main road is Khandoba temple as well.

Its a great experience to go around and have the darshan as well.

God Bless.

Saibaba temple is well connected by train and road . I preferred Vande from Mumbai to Shirdi for the trip. Train is comfortable. Booked darshan and Pooja online before travel. A number of good restaurants are available near the complex
