Heard about this place long before. Whiling returning from Sariska Tiger Reserve to Delhi stopped for a while to pick some famous Kalakand from Baba Thakur Das and Sons. They say it Alwar ki Malwa. Those who like sweet will definitely find it delicious.

Don't expect that there will be a large market with hundreds of shops. There are a few shops only. Most famous shop of this market is Baba thakur das and sons which is famous for its kalakand and sohan halwa.

Though a lot was heard about the place, we found only a handful of shops and the product was routine, nothing extraordinary.

The market offers vast variety of milkcakes which is not comparable to any other city. The mouth watering milk cakes make you taste a lot more. The most famous shop for the same is Baba thakur shop.
