There are hundreds of small town churches, but this is one of the nicest. The interior is well kept and the stained glass is world class.

Make sure you visit the Tourist Office to pick up the relevant brochures before you visit the Basilica. (It's only 100m from the Tourist Office which makes this convenient.) There is a fair bit of interesting history to absorb about the Basilica,

Beautiful Medieval cathedral in a charming medieval village. Striking architecture and stained glass windows. Climb the 100 steps to the top of the tower and view the town from up high.

Walked 3 children up the tower. Was a really good view from top. They all wanted to go further up right to the pinnacle.

Lovely inside and great views of the chateau from the tower - worth it but quite high and up a narrow spiral staircase outside and to the rear of the building

A truly monumental gothic church which when fully restored will be still more impressive. Look out for the wonderful variety of stain glass windows, including one depicting scenes from the French Revolution. If you have the chance, it is worth the climb to the top...More
