In these difficult times , I am looking back fondly on the wonderful week spent with Annie and my friends a few years ago cooking and enjoying all the offerings of the local district ( including the sherry!!). Annie is delightful and it has been our best cooking expedition by far. We are a group of 8 friends who have been on a number of cooking experiences in Europe and Asia and our time in Vejers definitely the best !! I think if Annie often as her delicious lemon and orange cake is my “go to “ desert. Thanks again Annie

We spent a magical four days with Annie, and when we mused that we might want to visit Tangier (short ferry ride across the Med), she volunteered to arrange a guide and make our ferry and hotel reservations. We decided to go, and let Annie do her magic. What a great two days we had in Tangier. Annie is the best!

When life returns to normal,a few days cooking with Annie B will lift your spirts and nourish your body and soul.Annie’s passion for local ingredient and recipes shines through and her knowledge is exceptional, but above all cooking with Annie is always fun, regardless of your ability. Vejer is a charming White Village in Andalucia and a lovely place to spend a few days.

Annie B's Spanish Cooking Classes were the highlight of our two-week tour of Andalucia. We spent 4 days with her, shopping, cooking and learning so much about tuna, octopus, paella and other delicious treats, all eaten on her roof top terrace overlooking beautiful Vejer. And who knew there was so much to learn about Sherry! Annie is great fun, Vejer is a lovely "white" village, and the whole experience was perfect. Well worth a trip to southern Spain.

Four days in March shared with a charming couple from the UK. Annie is a font of local knowledge and a mine of information about Sherry. We tried them all during the classes. We shopped locally for local products. prepared and cooked while trying various Sherrys, then proceeded to savour the end products on a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the village. Vejer is a white mountain village overlooking the coast with very very narrow roads. Doesn't get any better. Learnt a lot and once this virus crisis has passed, I will enjoy shopping for and cooking the same meals. Brilliant course with a sparkling host. My wife joined us for each meal and was suitably impressed. Dined in the best style.
