We were a group of 4. 1 really good experienced skier, 2 who had been 6 and 10 times and were comfortable on blues and easy reds and 1 non skier. We met a lot of people who had been every year for 7 years plus and I can see why. The ski school was very good. It isn’t crowded and hardly any queuing. Some of the blues are very easy - too easy and you need to push to move. Reds are good for building confidence and there’s a great half pipe at zero point. The downside is most of the lifts are drag lifts and button lifts and quite long.

What a phenomenal ski area. I wasn’t too sure when my wife suggested going here but I’m so glad we went and we totally loved it. It is the first time ever I have done every run in a resort and really enjoyed every one of them. Only thing I would like to see to make it even better is a gondola from zero point up to the top, as the long T bar and difficulty of getting to the rest of the mountain would be tough for many less accomplished skiers.

Hi, thank you for the wonderful review! We are very happy to hear you enjoyed our slopes. Thank you also for the feedback, it is important to us as we develop our operations. It is true that the T-bar lift from Front Slopes to the rest of the mountain might be challenging for some skiers. However, the T-bar can also be skipped by taking the ski bus to the sunny South Slopes and starting the day from there :) Hope to see you here again sometime! All the best, Essi / Levi Ski Resort

This was our second ski holiday to Levi – with our group consisting of 2 advanced adults & 1 intermediate child (+ 2 non-skiers who enjoy the generally flat walks around the town). The ski area is based on a rounded fell – resulting in generally cruisy runs and extensive off-piste opportunities. There are also intermediate & advanced snow parks, and we discovered a great gully run next to the alpine training area. Our son loved skiing through the easily accessible tree areas next to the runs. The snow depth reports here are completely genuine (unlike most resorts) and at one point I had to rescue our son from snow that was up to my waist. The main downside of the ski resort is the exposure to wind on the upper areas, although South & Zero point provide sheltered skiing – you have to go over the top to move around the fell. The lift system features a lot of t-bars – whilst this may be a genuine problem for some, personally I don’t have an issue with them - perhaps overly pampered people who expect wall-to-wall chairlifts would be better off going to a spa. If you like large ski areas, or adrenalin hits, this is not the resort for you. But if you like cruisy, uncrowded skiing with great snow conditions – Levi is a great choice.
