We spotted this beach on a map and decided to pay a visit. It was cold day, we went not to swim but for a bit of fresh air and a long walk and it was worth it... It has a long pebble/sand beach with a large Boulder jetty, good for climbing on. On one end of the beach it... More

Lovely beach well worth a visit, lovely views of the mountains ..... with one part of it dog friendly. A bit rocky in places but nevertheless it is lovely.

This is a lovely but busy beach, but plenty of free parking and lots of places to eat. Good, clean toilets (20p) and a long promenade to walk along or up the dinlle to get the beautiful views over to Newborough beach

Flew into Caernarfon today and left the plane and went for a walk on the beach. I was stunned by its beauty! Low tide and acres of fresh sand and no one about at all! This is a total gem! I stood speechless looking at the view. Well worth a visit and drop into the airport for a bite to... More

The beach itself is as normal as other beaches but if you keep on going until the end of the road thats where the beautiful untouched beaches start. Great for long walks as me and my partner have jyst come back from a 3 hour walk. At least we had ice cream on the way back mmmmm

This is a beautiful beach, but make sure you go when the tide is out. When its in the beach is a normal nice beach if a bit stony and pebbly, but when the tide goes out its a massive sandy stretch. Its dog friendly and behind you there is the backdrop of the gorgeous Snowdonia mountains and out to... More

We stayed on the beach in October and it was really quiet. Great walks with the dogs and a couple of cafes to get your coffee.
