Ci spiace molto che sia stato infastidito dal comportamento di alcuni ospiti.
Abbiamo apportato una modifica alla nostra policy sull’utilizzo del cellulare perchè da anni molti clienti ci chiedevano la possibilità di portare a casa un ricordo di una bella esperienza di relax passata da noi. Si pensi alle tante persone che ci scelgono per ricorrenze importanti; impedirgli di conservare un ricordo tangibile di una giornata importante non ci sembrava giusto. Abbiamo pertanto scelto una formula che non recasse disturbo agli altri ospiti, impegnandoci a vigilare ancor di più sul rispetto delle regole.
Ci preme sottolineare che l’uso dei telefono è consentito esclusivamente al pian terreno quindi principalmente nella zona vasche, ristorazione e giardino e solamente per fare foto. Ogni altro utilizzo che comporti rumore non è consentito.
Come riportato sui numerosi cartelli presenti in struttura e sottolineato dal personale tenuto a vigilare, non è consentito tenere attiva la suoneria né fare chiamate o altre attività rumorose.
Inoltre gran parte della struttura, ossia il primo e secondo piano, continueranno ad essere per noi delle oasi di pace in cui il cellulare non è consentito. Dare ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di avere un luogo in cui disconnettersi dal mondo esterno continua ad essere per noi un valore importante.

A terrible service is to be kind, it would be better as an adjective POOR starting from the switchboard to make the appointment up to the service at the reception.
First of all it is unacceptable that to make an appointment for a massage it took 30 minutes of waiting on the call, I also tried with the form on their website but from that I didn't get the slightest response although less from whatsapp as they suggested it was cash waiting on the telephone.
After waiting, a girl responded who did the simple job of taking the note without giving any further information, something to underline because it will be important later.
Today I went to Asmana to have my massage, booked from last Saturday, an hour before my appointment as per the explicit request of the wellness center. At the reception I discovered the bitter surprise that had not been clarified in any way. To have the massage you also had to pay for a separate entrance to the wellness centre, for example the minimum entrance was 3 hours at a cost of €28, this was not clarified at all at the time of booking nor in the confirmation message from the 'appointment that they send after booking. Even more seriously, it is not explicitly made clear on the site that to carry out this type of service it is also mandatory to purchase full admission to the wellness centre. In alcune giornate di maggiore affluenza di chiamate e soprattutto in determinate fasce orarie i tempi di attesa possono prolungarsi.
Nel caso in cui avesse necessità di parlare con un operatore può contattarci anche attraverso numerosissimi altri canali tra cui social, email (info@asmana.it) e chat WhatsApp (055 776771).
Inviando una richiesta di prenotazione di massaggio verrà inoltre ricontattata entro 24 ore.
Per usufruire del servizio massaggi, in quanto all'interno della struttura e privo di ingresso separato, è necessario acquistare il biglietto d'ingresso. Abbiamo numerose tipologie di biglietti incluso quello di sole 3 ore.
Siamo spiacenti che tale informazione non le sia stata chiara. É presente nel testo del messaggio che viene inviato al momento della conferma della prenotazione. É inoltre riportata in numerose parti del nostro sito internet tra cui anche come prima informazione nella sezione che ha visitato per inviare la richiesta di prenotazione.
Qualora avesse acquistato un voucher online è riportato anche sul voucher stesso.
Ci spiace che non abbia apprezzato quanto fatto in reception per venirle incontro disdicendo il massaggio prenotato e per trovare una soluzione che fosse per lei congeniale. Le ricordiamo infatti che la disdetta deve avvenire al massimo 3 ore prima dell'orario del massaggio e che in base alle condizioni da lei accettate confermando il massaggio avremmo potuto addebitarle il costo. Vista la situazione, le hanno concesso di disdire il massaggio senza alcun costo.

The structure is nice but certainly undersized compared to the volume of people they let in. We went on a Tuesday, therefore a day with probably low attendance, and after a few hours it was already very crowded.
There are many activities during the day, but difficult to access due to the number of people present.
The rule of prohibited phones on some floors is good, but obviously people are rude and don't respect them. There should be a little more vigilance on the part of the staff.
Furthermore, we were probably unlucky because, after a week of high temperatures, due to the crazy April the autumn cold returned... perhaps they weren't ready in the structure, but the temperature of the pools and the environment is too low considering that there is people in costumes with damp towels.

Ci spiace che non abbia apprezzato completamente la sua esperienza ad Asmana. La informiamo che le giornate di maggiore affluenza sono limitate al periodo invernale, soprattutto nei fine settimana e festività natalizie nonché durante le festività nazionali. Pertanto per trovare una minore affluenza consigliamo di visitare Asmana nei giorni settimanali oppure nel periodo primaverile o estivo.
Il giorno della sua visita, nonostante fosse un martedì, è caduto durante il ponte del 25 aprile e pertanto vi era un'affluenza maggiore rispetto al solito.
Ci preme sottolineare che l’uso dei telefono è consentito esclusivamente al pian terreno quindi principalmente nella zona vasche, ristorazione e giardino ed solamente per fare foto. Ogni altro utilizzo che comporti rumore non è consentito. Come riportato sui numerosi cartelli presenti in struttura e sottolineato dal personale tenuto a vigilare, non è consentito tenere attiva la suoneria né fare chiamate o altre attività rumorose.
La temperatura interna e dell'acqua delle nostre vasche viene automaticamente gestita in modo che sia sempre confortevole in base alla temperatura esterna.
Le nostre vasche hanno temperature differenziate che va dai 34°C ai 37°C. La vasca degli idromassaggi, ad esempio, è più calda rispetto alla Grande Vasca Esterna. Passando da una vasca all'altra lo sbalzo termico può far percepire l'acqua come fredda.
Inoltre consigliamo sempre ai nostri ospiti di avere a disposizione 2 asciugamani ed 1 accappatoio. Uno degli asciugamani, per questione di igiene è da destinarsi ad uso esclusivo delle saune. L'altro è consigliato per asciugarsi. In questo modo l'accappatoio non si bagnerà tenendo il corpo al caldo.
Infine ci teniamo a precisare che seppur il nostro sistema di controllo della temperatura sia di ultima generazione, in alcune giornate di repentino calo termico, maltempo o forte vento, l'impianto possa necessitare di alcuni tempi tecnici per poter scaldare la struttura ed aggiustarsi all'improvviso abbassamento delle temperature.

Asmana is a true mini-universe of well-being; the hamman and the bar inside the pool are absolutely my favorite places, but I really like everything; for me it is a fixed stop at least twice a year, also taking advantage of the online promos. The prices inside (excluding massages, they seem a little expensive on paper, but honestly I've never tried them) are reasonable, not cheap but that's okay, in fact, the cocktails are in line with the prices of the bars outside external. The cleanliness of the rooms is good although I was slightly annoyed to find a broken toilet button (it's out of place considering how the rest is kept). I would strongly suggest devices for drying towels or bathrobes which gradually become too wet and difficult to wear. For the rest really TOP.

Aesthetically the structure is very beautiful, large spaces and furnished in style, all unfortunately penalized by the listless and rude staff, apart from a few exceptions.
In the "rituals" the staff creates a climate of terror by repeating in an unfriendly tone to stay quiet and not do this or this, in the end I couldn't relax anymore!
Too bad, I hope they improve.

La ringraziamo per il tempo che ha dedicato per descrivere la sua ultima esperienza in Asmana. I feedback dei nostri ospiti sono per noi molto preziosi perché ci permettono di migliorare ogni giorno il nostro servizio.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di regalare un giorno all'insegna del relax a tutti i nostri ospiti. Tutto il personale lavora con dedizione e passione per raggiungere questo obiettivo.
Ci spiace che abbia valutato il personale come scortese per il fatto di averla ripresa per il mancato rispetto delle nostre regole. Tali regole sono stabilite per mantenere un ambiente di quiete e silenzio così da permettere a tutti gli ospiti di rilassarsi.
Durante le Cerimonie vige la regola del silenzio così da poter beneficiare di un clima di relax. Inoltre durante le Cerimonie in sauna è necessario sottostare a regole specifiche per l'igiene di tutti quali l'ultilizzo corretto del telo affinché il corpo e quindi il sudore, non entri in contatto con il legno della panca o lasciare all'esterno le ciabatte.
Ci spiace inoltre che abbia valutato i nostri servizi come cari. Asmana è il centro benessere più grande d'Italia e con il biglietto d'ingresso ha a disposizione tutti i servizi degli oltre 12.000mq della struttura. Inoltre il suo biglietto includeva l'ingresso garantito al centro anche in caso di raggiungimento della capienza massima del centro.
Tutti i biglietti includono l'accesso a piscine interne ed esterne riscaldate, quattro saune, la Zona Infrarossi, numerose stanze relax a tema, l’Hammam con bagni turchi e Stanza della Schiuma e molto altro ancora. Sono incluse nel biglietto di ingresso anche le Cerimonie del Benessere che si svolgono in sauna, in bagno turco o in altre stanze relax.

Il giorno 26 giugno, Asmana ha osservato orari eccezionali in cui la chiusura è stata anticipata alle ore 17:00. L'ingresso era possibile fino alle ore 14:00. Dopo tale orario non ci era più possibile far accedere alcun ospite.
Ci spiace molto che nonostante tali informazioni fossero chiaramente riportate in tutti i nostri mezzi di comunicazione (sito internet, social, segreteria telefonica, ecc.) non abbiate visto tale comunicazione.
A maggior ragione ci spiace che abbiate fatto molta strada per farci visita senza riuscire ad accedere ma purtroppo dopo le ore 14:00 non era possibile più entrare e non abbiamo potuto fare eccezioni.
La ringraziamo nuovamente e, nonostante questo imprevisto, speriamo di poterla accogliere presto per un giornata di benessere.

Bought two oasis wellness packages online, it was our anniversary and we really wanted to treat ourselves to a beautiful day, everything up to par, structure, lunch (we could choose two sandwiches or any dish from the menu of the day) beauty bar treatments and cocktails at the pool bar. Returning there to save the not very cheap amount I would avoid the beauty bar (very pleasant to complete the day but not essential) and the fixed package for lunch because by eating a sandwich and a water I would still have been satisfied and would have spent less; the daily entrance for those like us, you have to drive almost two hours to go, it's essential. The structure is full, there's a queue to enter and even with a ticket purchased online, but little by little people are spreading out in the center and we can live together decently, we managed to relax anyway. Being the first time in Asmana we wanted to try some ceremonies (scrub salt in the hammam and magical orient in the Indian sauna) at the moment the confusion discourages as well as the number of people inside the saunas etc when these events are held but apart from the queue then once inside you still enjoy the experience, the girls from the center are very good and there is much more patience than I would have had with some people! Crowded relaxation rooms especially after lunch but you can always find a lounger to relax somewhere, the my favorite room is the nursery room and the infrared room.
What needs to be improved: revenue management which should become faster if you have already bought the ticket, it would be nice to have less crowds but if you go to such a large center you can't expect it to be half empty, better management of ceremonies or making reservations too I don't know about those, but you can't queue for 20/30 minutes for fear of losing them, obviously nothing essential but since they are cute they should be managed better. However, an experience worth repeating!

Ci dispiace leggere che ha dovuto attendere per poter effettuare l’ingresso. Purtroppo in alcune giornate eccezionali di maggiore affluenza i tempi di attesa possono essere lunghi.
Crediamo che comprenderà che una volta esaurita la capienza del centro non ci è possibile far accedere più persone, prolungando così i tempi d'ingresso di chi deve entrare che dovrà attendere che qualche ospite sia uscito.
Per tale motivo, nelle giornate di maggiore affluenza per gli ospiti che non desiderano attendere per poter accedere, mettiamo a disposizione appositi biglietti ad ingresso garantito acquistabili online sul nostro sito. Con questa tipologia di ingresso è possibile accedere alla struttura anche nel caso in cui fosse stata raggiunta la capienza massima del centro, perché già conteggiati nel numero totale di ospiti.
Inoltre le giornate di maggiore affluenza sono limitate al periodo invernale ed in particolare alle festività e ai weekend, pertanto per trovare una minore affluenza consigliamo di visitare Asmana nei giorni settimanali oppure nel periodo primaverile o estivo.
Inoltre è disponibile un fitto programma di cerimonie che garantisce a tutti i nostri ospiti di poter partecipare almeno ad una cerimonia durante la sua visita. Le facciamo presente che la capienza delle nostre saune è molto ampia. L'Indian Sauna, la più grande d'Italia, può ospitare oltre 120 persone. Anche se troverà già molte persone in fila è probabile che vi sia comunque ancora posto. Si rivolga al nostro personale per sapere se vi sono ancora posti disponibili. In generale consigliamo di fare la fila 10 minuti prima dell'inizio della Cerimonia non tanto per garantirsi il posto quanto per poter ascoltare le regole di svolgimento e le importanti informazioni per una corretta e salutare seduta in sauna o bagno turco.

Years later, I returned to this place..
At the entrance, we had a gift voucher for one person while we paid for it rightly for the other. We asked how we should book a massage, at the entrance we were told that it is not possible to book it but that we had to go inside on the ground floor and book it there..
So we went, after having gone through our personal things in the changing rooms. The girl told us that she didn't have room, so to come back in an hour and she would check. In the meantime we went to the first floor, where we found an employee at the massage desk, we asked her if there was a free place for a 20 minute massage, she replied yes but that we would have to go to the ground floor to book it. At a brisk pace we arrived on the ground floor at the massage reception in front of the foot bath, we had to wait 10 minutes for him to finish serving customers, as soon as it was our turn...the phone rings, he tells us he has to answer because it's the reception. We were amazed and didn't want to believe it, the reception at the entrance booked him a 20 minute massage!

At the entrance, we had a gift voucher for one person while we paid for it rightly for the other. We asked how we should book a massage, at the entrance we were told that it is not possible to book it but that we had to go inside on the ground floor and book it there..
So we went, after having gone through our personal things in the changing rooms. The girl told us that she didn't have room, so to come back in an hour and she would check. In the meantime we went to the first floor, where we found an employee at the massage desk, we asked her if there was a free place for a 20 minute massage, she replied yes but that we would have to go to the ground floor to book it. At a brisk pace we arrived on the ground floor at the massage reception in front of the foot bath, we had to wait 10 minutes for him to finish serving customers, as soon as it was our turn...the phone rings, he tells us he has to answer because it's the reception. We were amazed and didn't want to believe it, the reception at the entrance booked him a 20 minute massage!
But why, not to us and to the person who arrived later, yes?
And then we've been waiting for 10 minutes to book the massage, then a phone call comes and it takes precedence??
Sorry, terrible service!! Organization of reception, entrance and massage center to be completely revised!

A perfect place for relaxation, especially as a couple. The place is only for adults , which makes a calm atmosphere. Price for 3 hours was 39€ per person, which includes the sauna treatments as well. Coconut peeling in hamam was great! Great selection of saunas and pools, also a nice waterfall room to enjoy the rain :)
A definite go-to place if you are around. Worth the money and a great way to get out of the city!

I was there a few years ago and I had good memories, something I can't say today! Let's start from the fact that at the check in there are guys who are unprepared to give information, they just ask how long one wants to stay, without even asking if one has everything needed in my case I didn't know that you couldn't enter the sauna with a bathrobe but with an extra towel, no one told me once I had already changed it I went to do a ritual and they denied me entry, the young lady asked me to ask for it at the reception, I had to go in my bathrobe where you enter there was a cold executioner!! €4 per rented sheet!!!
The rituals once were many more here in 4 hours only two!!! The internal areas were completely without cold heating, there was no one upstairs to ask for information on the various treatments. We arrive at the swimming pool, people crowded together at the bar, shouting, drinking drunk and making a mess on a Tuesday afternoon, I don't dare think of a holiday or an end. week, all this should be a place of relaxation, but unfortunately only to make cash with drinks for €11, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the area where you leave bathrobes to enter the pool there were puddles with hair, in short I remembered it otherwise it has now become a municipal swimming pool where dogs and pigs go swimming

Uso un sensore per il diabete che necessita del cellulare come ricevitore. Premesso che lo smartphone non sarebbe usato in altro modo e tenuto in modalità silenziosa è possibile tenere vicino il telefono?

Salve, voglio fare un voucher regalo e quindi chiedo quale sarebbe secondo voi,per sfruttare al meglio la struttura e i servizi offerti come anche massaggi, l'ordine delle esperienze da provare all Asmana...per rendere la giornata unica?
Oltre al costo dell ingresso principale c'è un ulteriore costo per entrare nelle zone massaggi e/o vari trattamenti

Buongiorno, sabato 22 ottobre alle ore 10 circa, vorrei raggiungere il centro Asmana. Chiedo la cortesia, se ci fosse la possibilità, di un passaggio con la machina da parte di qualche brava persona. Grazie mille.
Il bus 30 passa ogni 30 minuti ed il taxi costa troppo (45 euro).
Qualcuno che ci potrebbe accompagnare ad un costo normale? (siamo in due)
