Just stop your car on any place on the bridge for some picture taking, hahahaha, cars will drive slowly anyhow.

the view is great! but with the number of tourists and vehicles parked in the bridge an accident just happened, maybe they shoud make a regulation to have a parking space for tourists

From Laoag City, one can reach Pagudpud after an hour and a half, then to the Patapat viaduct it will take less than 30 mins. Just follow the national highway and you wont get lost.
