The kindness and professionalism of the staff was far beyond any place we stayed in Thailand. We got several massages on our trip and the ones we got at the Koh Yao Yai Village spa was our favorite. I have to admit I was so relaxed i briefly fell asleep. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful room and grounds. Beautiful design, comfortable and clean. Gym small and in poor condition. Can’t swim in sea because of jellyfish and sting rays and must drive a scooter 30 minutes to do so. Excursions, transport, and spa services are substantially over-priced. Much better to do and arrange those things yourself off property. Food also overpriced, especially for the mediocre buffets. There are a couple of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast is included and is really excellent.

Hired a scooter from a guy just near the exit of resort for 300bht for 24 hrs. Had great fun exploring the island and seeing local life. Transfer here arranged by the resort was painless and actually really fun on the speed boat. Food is exceptional. Great buffet breakfast. Eggs cooked to order. Staff polite and friendly. Thai food is delicious and good price.
