It was reasonable, and not very busy, even in the summer which was nice. It is not that big a place so it did not take long to see all the animals. We could not help though but feel sorry for all the lions etc...More

We took one of our grandsons to see the animals. I think the zoo was originally started so the artist, Murray Killman, could paint pictures of real animals. He has passed and his studio is no longer open. That was another reason I wanted to...More

The animals in this zoo are kept in extremely small areas that appear to be hand-made with 2X4 and chicken wire fence. It was extremely disappointing to see the animals in such conditions. The zoo is very small and can be completed within an hour...More

First and last time visiting the zoo. It made me sad seeing the animals in a limited space. The only positive side was that the collection of animals was mainly covered in shade.

First time at the Killman zoo, and it definitely won’t be our last. Not far from home town of Guelph, tucked away on a farm road is this incredible zoo. Staff are first of all incredible, friendly and very knowledgeable. The different animals they have...More

Been going to Killman Zoo since I was a kid and always loved it. It’s not like other zoos where you are stuck in sunshine the whole time, it’s nicely shaded and great walking paths! I will say in the last 2 years the upgrade...More

This was the most disturbing experience I've ever had. I took my kids and they were visibly uncomfortable as well. The animals are in unbelievably small areas and I didn't feel safe from the cats in any way. I am not even close to being...More

The zoo is open to guests seasonally. It would not typically be open during March.
