Worth the drive of 1 hour. Went on the 14km canoe trip. Very friendly people. Wonderful views and wildlife. Eagles catching fish in the river was just fab.. This trip took two hours. Wasnt that hard.. though felt tired at end. Excellent views.

Really enjoyed the 14 km trip down the river. So pretty & even though I've done it before, I still see new things. Very handy to have left the car where we would come back to it later. Not many places are organized like that.

Good cheap place to rent canoes. The staff was friendly and competent but most of all the river was regreshibg abs the Dordogne gorgeous!

We had two kayaks at 14 euros and two Canadian canoes at 12 euros each for a leisurely 14km drift through lovely countryside and picturesque chateaux. Perfect couple of hours spent on the Dordogne.
