New Years Day Visit

The Shirasaki Hachimangu Shrine is within walking distance from where I live, so I've been here several times. I came to this shrine with local friends on New Years Day to take part in the Holiday and learn more about traditions. It was quite crowded here on New Years Day. There were several food trucks in the parking lot, I am not sure if it is common here or not. The shrine had a lot of fun activities set up for smaller children. Otherwise, it is a beautiful shrine with interesting statues surrounding it. This shrine is worth a visit and especially worth visiting on New Years Day.
